I’ve been coming into this location for a while now and have always had a good experience. However, today Carlos went above and beyond! I was struggling to find the right box and shipping materials in line, so he called me over and helped me find the perfect size box and was able to cut my shipping price in half! He packed the item himself and was wonderful throughout the whole interaction. I would definitely recommend this location and especially Carlos to help you out!

Shout out to Tess who made my experience at USPS a 10/10. I was sending about 15 packages to various places across the states. She was so patient and spent time helping me figure out the prices of different packages and which way was most cost effective. Tess truly goes above and beyond and I can't thank you enough for your kind service.

Favio is very friendly and very helpful. An example employee for many post offices. Many other locations extremely rude. It’s the only post office so far that I’ve been treated nicely without funky attitude.

I think this PO is the best I've seen in all of San Diego and I've lived here many years, The staff is very efficient, they know their jobs well and if there's a long line, it always moves quickly. I have yet to meet an employee who doesn't smile, provide exemplary customer service and wishes everyone well during these challenging times. It's a place that always makes me smile when I go there for postal service! Great job everyone!!

I come to my neighborhood post office often because I’m an online seller and Tess has the best customer service skills!! She always goes above and beyond and helps me find the best methods for shipping my items 🤍

I have always had a pleasant experience at this USPS location. I have frequently used USPS locations in LA, Orange County, Irvine, and San Diego--this is the best one I have visited.

The people who work here are hard working, real life people--so remember they aren't going to be able to grant you 3 wishes or make miracles happen.

All the people who work here each and every time I come they have been really helpful! I just wanted to thank you for your hard work, it's not an easy job dealing with people. Remember people a little sympathy and cordiality goes all the way.

This is my go-to post office in the San Diego area. I have never had any problems at this location. I have been to 3 other San Diego post office locations and this one by far has had the most helpful and courteous staff. Parking has never been an issue and the line has always moved quickly the multiple times I have been there.

First visit to this location. Mailed a package and bought stamps 2 days before Christmas. There were 4-5 people working the counter and the line moved quickly. The staff member I worked with was friendly and helpful. She even found extra styles of stamps for me to choose from without me asking.

Very friendly service! They provided me with options that served me best. It's definitely not like it used to be.

I frequent this post office a lot and have been treated AWESOMELY by the staff here -- they have always been pleasant and have offered proactive solutions to some issues I was facing. They are good about calling more people out from the back to help when the line gets long... or they walk up and down the line to see if anyone has any questions.

Also, on the home front, I appreciate that they bring my packages way, way down the mire of stairs that is our apartment complex... other carriers have left them up in the main mail room where is says "do not leave packages."

Staff was friendly and helpful (to me and other customers). Was there to sort out if using my own package versus the flat rate packages would be cheaper. They answered my question and provided a free label. Historically, when at the post office, they do not offer these things, so I came prepared with a pen and a label (they offered me both). Would definitely go to this location again.

I've been going to this office for years now and the crew just keeps getting better. Really they focus on your needs and help the process go smoothly. I'm often not sure what method of delivery is best but these guys/gals really help.

And yes, as others have commented, sometimes they are understaffed but then again who's to blame for that. Maybe we should quit supporting cuts to the postal service budget.

Very helpful and polite, quickly processed my mail, also knowledgeable about the government paperwork I was mailing. This is my first Google review--normally don't post reviews but this office was great.

Great Service! Thank you, Nina! -I had very nice assistance in sending my package and Nina even helped me correct the address with white-out! Thanks again! ...actually, I don't recall seeing the correction -I wrote the correct city, but I spelled it with a "G" and Nina offered to use white-out and make it a "C". I hope it doesn't get a "Return to Sender".

Everyone I have encountered at this post office have been extremely nice and helpful. Occasionally, lines have been a little long at expected busy times but never terrible. I would drive out of my way to use this location over 2 or 3 others I have been to in the San Diego area.

Absolutely terrific. I had a tired toddler and two packages to mail internationally.
Staff were friendly, informative, told me next time ways to make mailing international packages easier.

I've always had a good experience here. The lines are usually short. The staff are friendly. They even called and emailed me when I wasn't at home to receive a package.
