Just another McDonald's but never had a problem with it

Great experience at this McDonald’s! Little bit of a wait time because of how busy it was in the morning and had to wait for my hotcakes for a few minutes. The person that gave me my food apologized for the wait and even threw in an extra hash brown for the wait! Small things go a long way! I wish I caught the persons name that gave me the food, but they had blue hair! Thank you very much!

In a world of gross airport-quality McDonald’s and poor service, this location has proven to be the unicorn. My service was exceptional and the workers actually appeared pleasant and appreciative of their job. My food came fast, hot, and I didn’t have to beg for a receipt. Big thanks to this location for getting my day of flying off to a great start!

This is a convenient McDonald's located just off the MassPike at the gateway to the Berkshires. Using the app for curbside pickup is quick, with food brought out to the car with a smile.

Best service and food quality I have had at Mickey Ds in months. Food actually looked like the photos for once. If ur in a rush and by the airport worth the 5 min drive past the terminal coming from the West!!!

What can one say about McDonald's that hadn't been said before. McDonald's is the Beatles of fast food. It is Americana as mom, Apple pie. Baseball and Ford. It's been around over 60 years and it will be around more than 60 more. Perfect place from kids to senior citizens to dine. The one located on the Berlin Turnpike in Newington next to where the old Hartford Drive in used to be is as iconic as anything around.

It wasn't busy and we didn't have any problem.

The food is always hot and fresh. And the ladies at the counter are always friendly and greet you with a smile. I eat at this McDonald's every time I fly.

Excellent experience. Really great customer service from the counter people and, of course, the food was very tasty. And that's why I love McD's.
