Great food! Loved the baked beans, mashed potatoes, collard greens and cornbread. Friendly people. Clean facility. We didn't order wings but people were lined up getting them. Definitely recommend.

This is a cute little place and the owners are fabulously friendly! The food says it all though, the Cali gold is my favorite and his peach tea is absolutely to die for! Don't miss out on this awesome little hole in the wall!

My wife and I love it here at Soul Spot! We are regulars. We get the wings, fries, and tenders every week when we can! Excellent customer service, and great people!

First time here and I was very pleased. I got a hamburger and fries combo. My friend and husband got boneless honey bbq wings and traditional honey mustard wings.

My husband said wings were a little small.

Pricing was good, we will be back. So happy we ate here.

I dropped my fries to my to-go order and the guy behind the counter noticed. I didn’t say anything and was going to be sad about fries and go to my car. He ran out and asked if I was okay (I was bent down) and asked me to please if I could wait 10 minutes he would remake my chicken bbq fries (13.99) he didn’t have to do that at all! So nice ❤❤❤

I have never ever eaten a place before that so instantly made me feel like part of a loving tight knit community. I only wish I had started eating here sooner. They've converted me from not liking wings, to wanting to come every single Friday. Was recommended by a friend and now I'll recommend all of my friends!

I’ve had lunch here at least ten times, and for whatever reason, I never reviewed it. Let me rectify my mistake.
There is zero reason for you not to try this place. They’re the best wings I’ve ever had, in all the places I’ve ever eaten, and that says something, because I love wings.
The owner makes his own sauces, and everything is so fresh and it’s noticeable.
The folks that own the place are polite and respected, and well loved by their community. I legitimately have never had a bad experience.
The dining area, staging area, counters, and restrooms are clean.

If you haven’t been yet, you need to. I can’t rave enough in a google review to even begin to capture how great this place is.

Ordered take out at this location and received a courtesy call to let me know that they were out of punch at the time. I really appreciated the call and was able to change the type of drinks that I ordered! Excellent customer service goes a long way! Thanks!

We love the whole wings! We eat here at least once a week if not more. Even when I was in the hospital I had to have their whole wings! All the food, dressings and sauces are made from scratch. The food is always fresh, piping hot and seasoned perfectly. The cheeseburger is very tasty, the fries has a wonderful flavor, but you’ve got to try the chili cheese fries!
I’m so sorry they are closed because they are going to be dearly missed. Not only for their food and great service, but the Christian spirit Jay and Ebony bring with them everyday. My prayers are with you and your family during this time along with so many others who have been forced to close.

I was a last minute order (literally 30 minutes before they were getting ready to close). My friends told me about this spot and let me say, they did not disappoint! When we got there, there was a line wrapped around (b/c that’s how good it is) but they got you serviced quick like ChicFilA! Jay was so friendly and funny, he even made us a special drink!
My friends and I got the wings and fries and *chef’s kiss* I will be going back again! 10/10 highly recommend!

Fantastic wings! Very nice owners, and they have a good selection of good ol country soul food! My only complaint is they were out of coleslaw, and ran out of sweet tea while we were there causing people to have to wait for refills, and we had to wait about 25 minutes for our food, but once we got it, it was worth the wait! They're going to expand the building , and hire more help and work the little kinks out. Please give them a try!

I love this place! My favorite flavors to get are Mild and Wet Lemon Pepper. This is honestly so much better than BWW! They give you enough sauce on the wings from the start. Also, the employees are very pleasant to talk with.

They have hot barbecue which is kind of a hard flavor combination to find. I got it on the chicken tenders and they were really good. nice chill environment. I would definitely go again.

We’ve always loved Soul Spot and today made it even better for me. I usually orders through Kats Delivery and this time, I guess the delivery driver either gave my food to another person or simply forgot it in her car. No big deal. I called the restaurant and told them what I was missing. He knew he bagged it and I wasn’t going to blame anyone (no need in that to begin with with any situation) just really needed those Ranch Bacon Cheese Fries (my favorite!). He offered multiple options and opted to just come pick them up. Pulled up, got my heaven in a box, and I was a happy camper! Thank you guys! Food was amazing like always!

The absolute best food I've had in Alabama. I've lived here for 10 years, both of my parents are lifelong chefs so I know good food and Soul Spot is better. It's very simple, when my lady and I want great food, we go to Soul Spot and we are always more than pleased with the very kind staff and the wonderful food. No joke. I wish they had them everywhere!!

It's a Very Nice Place and in a great area cause just about everyone eat Wings. Haven't tried what's all on their Menu but I will. It's a small dining area but Very Nice and Clean. I ordered Lemon Pepper Wings Combo and Yes I did like it. And very Pleasant Cashier and others..🤣💕

We just got lemon pepper and California gold wings, tilapia and shrimp, and a child chicken finger for a pick up, everything was amazing!! The fish is always wonderful for me, but the wings were not over cooked today and the sauce and dry ribs were on point! Great meal for a great price, love living close.
