Great experience. Everyone in the store was really nice and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs their phone repaired. Today I brought in a phone that wasn't a standard big brand and they were upfront about not having prior experience with the phone. However, they were willing to take their expertise and apply it and was able to replace the screen. Fair and reasonable price. Very quick turn around. They were patient while waiting to check to make sure everything was working properly.

Faraj Enterprise is the place to go to get your phone screen fixed. I thought I had to purchase a new phone until I was recommended to go to Faraj. The prices are so reasonable that I saved $500. Great experience and fast service. My phone stopped working during our cruise and I thought I lost all our photos during our vacation. I was unable to restore it when we returned home. I took my device to Faraj Enterprise and they were able to fix it with no lost data and recovered all of my photos! Definitely recommend them!

This is my go to for all phone repairs. I’ve used their services before and recently had them replace the back side of my friend’s iPhone 8 Plus that was completely cracked, Ada was super helpful and responsive. She gave me a decent price over the phone and an estimated time of 2 hrs - she called me close to 90 mins. My screen cracked and I was procrastinating getting it fixed, but today I could not take it anymore.. screen was flickering, going from app to app, just doing what it wants to do. Saved my phone after I dropped it in the kiddie pool at The Land of Make Believe. So much easier and faster than filing a claim with T-Mobile insurance. Cleaned up my phone, replaced the cracked glass, and gave it back to me within an hour. Superb customer service. My phone stopped working so I went to Faraj to see what he could do. Luckily, I only needed to replace the screen and while I was there, I reluctantly asked if he could also fix a pair of earbuds that were broken and thankfully, he was able to fix it and my phone so I HIGHLY recommend him!!

WOW! this brother is the real deal! broke my screen even with a screen protector and bumper case. Just a freak accident. It was insured and i knew because it was an old model they would only replace it, Had to jump on a plane in a few days.... i had months of data of work I didn't save and no time to back up. Faraj was honest letting me know it was better to get a new one since the repair was expensive. It didn't matter I needed my phone!. He had my phone back to me within a day intact and i was ready and back on the road! Highly recommended! he knows his stuff and is a true professional.

Let’s be honest, no one can change a smartphone battery in 5mins if you want a job done well. The young man who helped me was knowledgeable, friendly and quick.

Hi I was a recent customer of Faraj Enterprise and I just wanted to say excellent customer service and they can fix anything! My phone got ran over by three cars and guess what… they fixed it!

Went in for bubbles under my screen. Thought it was a major problem but Faraj quickly assured me that it was just a screen protector (I didn't know my company had preinstalled a screen protector).... I felt a bit silly but he was super nice and I just took it off at no cost. Then I asked him to put on a new one - $20 and the installation was PERFECT. Like, it's looks AMAZING and I'm very picky about these things.

Nice guy (and a family operation - I think his son was with him there too), reasonable price and top-notch work. It was a small thing but it made my day (and my phone) nicer. Highly recommend!

Have to say, been here a few times already to get service done to my phone. Very exceptional service, they go above and beyond to help clients even if you give them a last minute call before closing.
