I went here on a late Monday night and the employees were still so nice and seemed so happy to help me. I came to get sol de janiero "59" and I definitely recommend it. Rest assured a lot of sold out products you can find here, just as long as you go on a Thursday or Friday because that is when they restock.

Let me start by saying I’m not a makeup girly, so going into one of these stores could be a bit overwhelming for some. I went for the sale yesterday and quickly ran into some road blocks with shade matches and good brands etc. I quickly got helped by a woman named Kariss (I hope I spelled it correctly) she was so welcoming and knowledgeable about all products. I must have spoken to her for about 30 -40ish minutes about different products and needs I was having. She set me up for success! She took the time to explain application of products, how to use them, and what’s best for beginners like me without me feeling judged or stupid. They had everything I was looking for in stock with the exception of one item which Kariss got me a fantastic dupe for. I will definitely be back!

Lots of personnel and all were helpful and friendly.

I can see why other reviewers feel the service is not up to par- but it seems the sheer size of the store is what makes it so. It’s just busy, very very busy. I agree customer service goes
a long way, we however had a nice experience.

The artist who took care of us during our visit did an excellent job and took the time to explain in great detail all the products that she used and how we can get similar results at home.

Product selection I find second to none, large store and lots of inventory to choose from. Good staff and product availability make it a 5 star for us.

My niece came here for her prom makeup 💄 and the makeup artist Deanna L., did a mind blowing 🤯 job!! She looked 👀 amazing 🤩

Anna, the young lady who is also known for her purple hair, who helped me was very knowledgeable about the products! Will be back again!

i rarely do google reviews for places because i feel like if it’s good it’s good and if it’s bad it’s bad. however this is the first sephora i’ve been to and bought multiple things from, and i can 100% say that the customer service here is one of the best ever. every single employee from register to floor is amazing, they are super attentive to what your needs are and what products fit in the budget that you have, they don’t try to push you to buy more expensive items and instead work with the qualities you’re looking for in a certain product in a more affordable version. also every single girl who has helped me with shade matching have gotten it exactly right on the dot. i genuinely love the people who work here so much <3

WOW...I'm very impressed with this store! I'm very comfortable with make up but get easily intimidated walking into a "makeupstore" Because I had already taken my makeup off and wasnt expecting to shop for makeup tonight.10/13/17 so I felt "naked".But was greeted with a happy eager to help employee named Ashley.She was sweet funny helpful and kind.Made my experience fun as it should be.I ended up spending over $130.00 and didn't mind one single but because my experience was pleasurable. Will definitely be back to shop again thank you Sephora for hiring caring educated people and Thank you Ashley for taking the time to be patient and kind!

I appreciate the guy that helped me super nice and honest. I did come in a while ago on March 6 the gentleman’s name was Erin. Even though a few of the items weren’t in stock he was able to find another store and help me out. Lots of feedback was given and I appreciated it!

Came here to buy a gift card...easy process and the store looked nice. Friendly personnel there.

I prefer this place because of their service availability is open and very accommodating if you walk in. Always stocked up and well stacked, you will always find yourself quick at finding your needs. The staff is super cool and very knowledgeable and will go extended length to help you with your findings.

Love this place! The beauty consultants are so helpful! I went in looking for a creaseless, waterproof concealer but needed help matching my shade. The consultant picked a few products and applied them on my under eye area right in store. He asked my opinion, and when I said I preferred heavier coverage & possibly something with more red undertones, he found another product. After giving me a remover wipe, he applied the 2nd & 3rd products recommendations on each half of my face. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for, and picked up a few useful application tips too. The beauty consultants really made the experience easy for me. Plus I got a cute lil mini gift set for my complimentary birthday gift ;)

This easily could have been a 1 star review, however Audrianna (sorry if I misspelled) fixed my experience here and saved my make up for my engagement shoot! I scheduled myself a lash appointment. The girl who I originally had was pretty quiet and got to work without introducing herself, but I just let it slide because eh. She begins to apply the lashes and it takes 2 trials to attempt to put on the eyelashes and overall it was poor application, no instructions really given, and she seemed to not know what she was doing almost. So when she asked if she could do the 3rd attempt I told her politely I would rather stop because there was glue all over my R eyelashes. She said sorry but didn’t really appear apologetic/sorry. I asked to speak to someone because she basically left me for the wolves attempting to take all the glue off. BUT I met Audrianna and she was the nicest and calming part of being in there! She not only put on the eyelashes perfectly but she fixed my make up (because I was crying bc stressed af… like how embarrassing lol) and made me look brand new and I left a happy customer! She was so nice and had great conversation. Thank you again Audrianna!

I visited this location on 4/25 and intended to write a review but kept forgetting. I'll admit, I'm hesitant to go to Sephora because I always feel pressured towards products I'm not looking for, are way too expensive or will not meet my skin needs. I want to thank Kim, she was amazing, patient and super helpful. I know it was a long day for her but her customer service made me feel completely at ease returning next time. She was stellar! Store was clean, staff were welcoming and it was a quick checkout, no line.

1st visit since Covid Process. Line check in process / Must Wear Mask - Thank You😷 I waited less than 10minutes in Line moved along quickly. Noticed that pick up orders process MIGHT take a little longer so give it a little time. Customer wasn't upset she could cancel order and just buy it at counter when her turn came to enter. Door staff made time to check on her order and prep the goodie bag and Presto customer was happy. It wasn't crowded room to navigate, not rushed and see products. I saw customer who required assistance and how it was handled. I was impressed with the Customer Service experience -staff-they were on point. 😷👍 Thank You for me it was a good smooth process- KUDOS to your staff team. 3/25/2021

Loved my shopping experience. Highly recommend. Fast,friendly, and efficient service. Employee went above and beyond helping me select skincare Items. Listened carefully to my concerns, explained how to use products clearly, and went above and beyond my expectations. First time at Sephora La Canters, will definitely go back again.

One day I came in to shop an order for someone. Never stepping foot into this store I had no idea where to go and find things. A lady named Karla approached me and asked if I needed help finding anything. She was extremely patient and very friendly. Definitely would come here again if I need anything!!! Thank you again Karla, you were a HUGE help!!!!

I always go to this location because it’s the closest to me, the store always has many options! But nobody really ever has helped me until I went in one day and Zach did a phenomenal job. He recommended and told me why the product would be good for me, he also took the time to match the foundation with my skin color and to show me how to put it on the correct way. He showed me many more things I ended up getting and he was just all around awesome! I can’t wait to book an appt with him to show me how to do my makeup! & also Renee was Such an amazing help as well when I checked out! Gave me samples, told me how to use them properly and she was so bubbly and sweet! I have to say I can’t wait to go back to see Zach and Renee!

Jenna helped me find a foundation that matched my exact skin tone!! She was so sweet and helpful! Will be coming back!
