Our 25 year old oil boiler decided to end its life in December. My wife and I were anxious to say the least. After meeting with several contractors, we had tremendous sticker shock. We were also very confused because each contractor told us different stories and solutions. It was like asking a carpenter, "what is the best replacement window." A very busy local contractor told us to try Ben, and we could not be happier. You could tell immediately that he was an honest guy who was not looking to take advantage. He treated us with respect and explained every answer to every question no matter how trivial. His crew was incredibly hard working, clean, thorough, and just all around great guys. Whenever there was a question, I knew that if I called Ben's number that he would pick it up. Knowing Ben has our back was a tremendous weight off of our shoulders. Thanks Ben and thank you to his crew!

P.S. We were so happy with him that we had him put in a split ac unit for us this past spring, and he was just as awesome as he was with the boiler.

We’ve had them out once for a service call and now are in the midst of deciding between some repairs on a really good but old furnace vs replacing. We were given lots of good information on options with no pressure or attempts to up-sell us into a big investment, and prompt responses and service to top it off. Great experience so far, would continue to work with them for future needs and projects

Had an issue with our central air unit and Ben was so kind and professional, called me right back after leaving a message and although he had a packed schedule offered to fit me into his day to look into our issue. Fritz Air is top notch. We have used their service in the past but last night I was blown away. Our central air unit kicked it right before the up coming heat wave. I called at 8PM and Ben called me back 10 min later. He guided me through some quick trouble shooting and fixed it over the phone. That type of service and generosity is so hard to find today.
