The Landing Rooftop

Food is excellent, drinks are well balanced, staff is friendly and helpful. The manager even made rounds and was checking in with everyone. We had drinks, almost every appetizer, and dessert. WOW, it was leaving us wanting the next bit or dish. Next time we will have to try an actual main dish.
Highly Recommended, I can't wait to go back.

Our waiter, Andres, was attentive and so kind. The smoked salmon benedict was absolutely delicious. The mimosas were fantastic. It started to rain and the manager and waiter quickly came out to help move our food and drinks to a table inside. Everything was just perfect. I can not wait to return for dinner!

When we arrived, we saw the actor Alex Baldwin, He arrived at the same time as us. The clients looked like Barbie and Ken, all very handsome, there was also a couple, the girl was Cuban and she was beautiful too. I think the site is currently popular.
the attention of the waitress was excellent, good flavors and food with friendly and fast service. The drinks and food were delicious and fresh. This is a great place for families or groups. I hope to return again in the future when I'm in the area.

If you are ever in Melbourne FL, you must visit this place, even if you do not stay at the hotel. The Landing Rooftop is a place for social gatherings, the views are amazing. If anyone has been to the Press Room in New York, it's similar to that. However, unlike the Press Room, The Landing Rooftop has actual food to eat not only appetizers and drinks.
The service is excellent, the food was great and the atmosphere was delightful.

The atmosphere and Vibe are amazing! Beautiful date night destination or to simply enjoy your own company and peace. The staff was attentive and friendly. The Lamb was tender, and prepared perfectly. Will definitely be coming back to try some of the other menu options as well.

Great experience. Great server. Great location. Very lively in the inside. Very romantic feel out on the roof top. We truly enjoyed our visit here. The drinks were really good. The food was tasty. Great staff. Prices are very good too. No complaints here. Waited about 20 minutes for our table. We enjoyed a nice drink while we waited so it didn't feel like 20 minutes went by. Lots of nice people hanging out. Nicely decorated. The place was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. We will definitely be back when we are in the area. Highly recommended. So, my friend and I just went up there for the view and cocktails, and The Landing did not disappoint. I feel like this spot must be one of the secret gems of Melbourne. The atmosphere outside is fabulous. Love the view! Love the design! Gorgeous lil spots all over the place. Love everything about it!

My wife and I went here for the first time and we absolutely loved it! The food was great, the service was good and the views were amazing. We went at sunset and it was really nice to watch from up there. It's a bit on the pricey side but for a romantic date night it's one of the best places I've been to in a while.

Brunch was very good after eating. We went outside and sat on the rooftop, looked at the views. We intend.
To go back again and see the town of Melbourne lit up at night. This visit to the Melby was canceled 2 times for various reasons.But let me tell you it was worth the wait!

Shakira was an awesome server and the food was INCREDIBLE! Rooftop brunch... smoked salmon benedict with caviar/ asparagus and a bacon jam breakfast burger! Great service, amazing quality food and the new manager even stopped by to check up that we loved our experience! The hotel was spacious and comfy, the Foxtail coffee place downstairs is great and then this gem was the best surprise of all!

My wife and I came here for a long overdue date night. You can tell the construction of this rooftop bar and lounge was very thoughtful, Even though it was rather warm outside, my wife and I were sitting in comfort outside in the shade. The food was excellent. The price was on par with what a rooftop lounge should be. Everyone was very friendly. Would absolutely recommend.

I was at this hotel for my brother in laws wedding on the beach. Friday, April 12th my sister in law and I went to the bar late night around 10:30 and was served a awesome Old Fashioned by Khalifah - he made my drink very well which made up for his dry personality. Definetly expected better service from him but then again ill put into consideration he could be exhausted from a very busy day. However, Robert Rodgers, the food and beverage manager in the night was beyond amazing. We went to the lounge to drink our drinks and in the middle of our social time I became hungry and wanted some crackers to somewhat soak up the alcohol - Robert went above and beyond and blessed me with some bread toast with butter and then later came with some ice waters- Robert is truly a gem this hotel has and I hope to experience his amazing service again in the future! The hotel Melby was beautiful and clean- highly recommend this hotel and this restaurant to all. The french toast was by far the best I have tried this far in my life. The biscuits and gravy were delicious and lite not heavy as they tend to be. The Yucca fries were good. The cuban was out of this world along with some cool twisty fries. I plan to come back to this restaurant even if I do not stay at the hotel as I live about an hour from Melbourne.

We were here Thursday night for opening night. Fair disclosure, my wonderful daughter Christina works here. We had drinks and dinner, had a great time. We had a beef carpaccio appetizer, the bbq pork belly and a terrific chicken dish, then had key lime pie and apple pie to finish. We loved the food, different and tasty. Everything was moderately priced, very reasonable. Our bar tab and food came to $116 before tip. Great food in a spectacular setting.

Visited on business- good food, service and atmosphere. Would recommend if you’re staying at the Melby!

This is the rooftop bar at the top of the Hotel Melby (part of Hilton’s Tapestry Collection), downtown Melbourne. This bar is refreshingly modern and the views are absolutely spectacular, unmatched in downtown Melbourne. I was disappointed in the lack of “near-beer” non-alcoholic options, but the bartender did manage to cobble together an excellent “mocktail” with ginger beer and jalapeños. Unfortunately I had to leave before my group’s appetizers arrived, but look for an update on the food in the future. Will definitely return.

Beautiful view of Melbourne with amazing service and yummy food! The managers, servers and bartenders are very attentive and genuine. I love this place and will continue to go often. Definitely recommend for a brunch date or dinner. You will not be disappointed. 😊

Only tried the yucca fries and crab cake, but let me tell you how out of the world those two items were!! I am really disappointed, I didn’t get to try any of their entrées because it would’ve been just as slapping . So good 😊
