Solid Structures did a complete overhaul on our backyard! We went from having nothing in our backyard to a backyard oasis in a few short months. From initial design to completion of the job everybody was great! Ryan was incredible about assisting us with a design that encompassed what we wanted. Jason and his crew (Jared, Shawn & Taylor) were great! The crew was communicative throughout the process while explaining every process and addressing any concerns we may have had. Lucky and Montrel installed our outdoor kitchen pergola and it looks amazing! They took the time to make sure everything was perfect. We had our pool and hardscape installed by Solid Structures in 2020. Our backyard is beautiful. The entire team was very helpful and responsive to our concerns. It was really nice dealing with one company for the entire project. They continue to help us for maintenance issues as they occur.

Jack and Christine were great to work with during project setup and coordination. Taylor and his crew did wonderful work, quickly removing the old patio and installing new concrete pavers. Project was completed in 2 days and the crew cleaned up when work was completed. Good value for a quality work product.

Solid structures was recommended to me by a friend. We recently purchased a new build and wanted a paver patio in our backyard. Solid structures was very professional and explained the process well as far as pricing and timeline of the project. The entire project took two days to complete. And we are pleased with the results.

Absolutely great experience from solid structures. From start to finish, Ryan was on the ball. From initial consultation, during installation and post installation Ryan was amazing. Big thank you to the front desk as well(sorry I can't remember her name) but they gave me a call everything there was an update or change. All of the installers were respectful and did an amazing job. There was a slight confusion on placement for one of the patios and Ryan immediately heard my concern, communicated with the crew and even stopped by after hours to make sure everything was settled and we were happy. Absolutely recommend solid structures for any hardscaping needs. Thank you guys again for am amazing job!

We had our front fence replace. The workers were prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. They did not mind answering my questions. They cleaned up when they were done. The yard and driveway was free of nails and debris. I am posting old fence and the knew fence. Also, on the gate the did an x support to make door sturdy. We will use them again. Price was responsible.

Overall it was a great experience working with them getting a patio installed at my home from start to finish. My problems occurred after it was finished. I was out of town when the job was completed and was told a post job inspection would take place to make sure I was satisfied with the installation. That never happened. I called multiple times because the fire pit was not installed the way I specifically requested it to be installed. The top layer of stone was just placed on top of the fire pit with no adhesive securing it.

The company contacted me and in 48 hours the issues were fixed. I would recommend solid structures to anyone who asks

Absolute top notch company to do business with! After doing a few bids we met Ryan the sales rep who was an expert in every way. New every detail and answered every question we had without hesitation. Jason the Construction manager and his team Jarrod and Sage had our project flow perfectly and was on top of any question we had. Lucky, Josh and Montrel did a flawless job on our deck with incredible attention to detail. Willie did an amazing job on our pavers around the deck, Austin did a great job on the pool fence and Taylor went above an beyond as well on grading our yard as well as even powerwashing the stairs on the deck and driveway. Every person there was very professional a pleasure to work with and took great care of my yard in the meantime! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a stress free and stunning looking backyard project!

Yes, all work was done to our satisfaction. The team went an extra mile to ensure that all portions of the project was done to our liking even if rework was required. They treated the project as if it was their own.

The crew was absolutely awesome. Jason, Jared, Shawn, Sage, Austin, Taylor, and the entire paver team were awesome. They maybe the project enjoyable to see come to life! They all came to do their very best and did it with a smile and joy on their face. While technically Ryan was not apart of the day to day crew, he was an absolute rockstar (aside from the gate, lol) and handled our requirement and needs with care and respect. We could not have chosen a better company to service our outdoor living needs. Once completed, they even had their videographer Jim to come out and work his video magic as well.

I can’t recommend Solid Structures enough! We have hired them to rebuild our deck, install our pool patio pavers and ultimately the pool fencing. Each crew member who has been on site has been outstanding. Our experience started with Ryan who helped select our materials, design, layout, and even went above and beyond coordinating with our concrete pool contractor to ensure an overall quality product. He has been in constant contact ensuring the project has gone smoothly. If any site challenges arise, he is immediately reaching out and offering solutions. For the deck project Lucky and Montrel are superior craftsmen. They were meticulous laying out and installing the deck and did a great job coordinating the supplies, permit inspections and installation of the light kit. For the paver pool deck, Mariano and Gabriella were excellent with the site prep and paver installation. They were some of the hardest workers I have ever seen and worked with me to run conduit and some items that really helped me out. The entire solid structures team has been a pleasure to work with and we couldn’t be happier. There has been consistent clear communication on schedule and project cycle. Once the fence is complete we will revise the review however, I anticipate them to once again exceed my expectations.

Jason is very good. He came to check on our pool not working and figured out the problem quickly and fixed that same day. He is very methodical in approach and patience to listen understand and analyze the problem. Thank you.

After searching for the right company to install an in-ground pool at my house, I spoke with Ryan Earley at SOLID STRUCTURES and I knew my search had ended. He was very professional and in-tune with our families vision for an outdoor living space. SOLID STRUCTURES quoted me a bit higher than other companies, but their quality and timeliness surpasses anything that I could have imagined. Other companies were saying that they couldn’t complete the job within a year and Ryan and his team were able to finish in about 6 weeks with rain delays! The team is SOLID and so are there STRUCTURES! No regrets…. $$ well spent!

We used Solid Structures for our paver/patio/hot tub project and they were the best from the design phase thru construction. Ryan Earley was our main point of contact and he responded promptly to every request that we made during design & construction. When I say promptly, it was within 15 minutes or less.

Their paver crew were unbelievable as they worked from 8:30 AM until dark every night. Their craftmanship from constructing the sub-base to
building our curved walls & lighting was amazing.

Solid Structures was the local distributor for Soake Pools. They were responsible for site preparation, setting the pool and connection of all equipment. Throughout the process their project manager, Ryan, was very responsive. He answered all our questions and tracked down information we needed to pass on to our hardscape contractor. The on-site team, Jason and Jared, were on time, professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the install. Having one company responsible for the pool and another for the hardscape is not ideal but Solid Structures was a good partner in the process. Looking forward to seeing the finished product in a few weeks.

This was my second project with Solid since I was so impressed with the crew they were my first and only company to check for this paver patio project. The main sales guy/knows answers to every question you have guy Ryan was incredible to work with. I’d say he is more passionate about pavers and ensuring the project was done to exact specs than most people are for their kids. He worked with my wife and I to spec out the patio and consulted us great to pick out the color and types we wanted. Enjoyed the entire process of our backyard makeover with Solid Structures. Ryan and Jason were very honest and upfront pertaining to what I wanted and any additional recommendations. They were very professional, hardworking and possessed outstanding communications. Never left me hanging and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Solid Structures are the real deal. They tackled a huge backyard renovation and new pool install for our house and literally swung an entire pool over our house with a crane. Their design work is awesome - they 3d rendered our entire house and we could "walk through" the renovation with virtual reality which really helped us see what the final product would look like and make changes we wanted BEFORE construction began. Making changes after construction begins increases the costs so this makes total sense. Every contractor should use this technology. Most importantly, the owner is extremely ethical and at the end of the day, that's what you want with a contractor. We recommend Solid Structures.

Built covered porch and patio. Did exactly what I wanted and did it well. Couldn’t ask for more. Ryan ran the thing, Lucky did the carpentry, and Taylor did the stone work: all good professional dudes. Would definitely hire again.
