I had the keto ice cream which was very good. My son had the Jasmine milk tea ice cream which was very good. The service was very fast and the gentleman was professional. I have not had the food yet but I would definitely come back for the food and the cookies

I love the timing of the text messages. My food was ready, lady at the counter was friendly and she acknowledged me time I walked up, the bag was close securely, food was hot and fresh, and utensils and napkins were inside my bag. I will return in the future!!

Good food here this place has so many restaurants and tried a few here and was really good it’s easy as placing a order at a kiosk then picking it up in the lockers . Downside is that you cannot order from multiple restaurants at once and would have to do one restaurant at a time

Such a fascinating ghost kitchen. Ordered Cozy Wok from here. Experience here was great. Super easy pickup. Just check in on a tablet and pick up your food from a locker. Food was super hot and super fresh! Parking is tricky so be prepared to wait for a spot or double park it. 12th street can be busy. I’ll be back!

Tasty Malaysian restaurant Genghix Next available here. Really enjoyed the fried turmeric chicken rice dish. Ordering on the spot via QR code took about 15min for the food to be ready. Check in via QR code to receive text updates. I'll definitely order ahead the next time.

Picked up some delicious filipino food from Tipunan! Missing some home cooked sinigang and turon. GENEROUS portions and served HOT. I love that they ask if you want patis (fish sauce) which is not something you always have on deck until you NEED IT. They have mango nectar as well. The Gina brand that we all grew up on. :) I wish they had Sarsi (filipino root beer or something) but the Mango nectar was my first choice anyway. You can order online or at a tablet and then you watch around for the food. Took a while but worth it cause it's hot. I walked in to order so I'll order ahead next time. Ate outside at these cute little tables with umbrellas since the weather was so nice anyway. There is parking! That is a great plus. I didn't get to share any food with my boyfriend....so I will be back! I also didn't get pictures because I was super excited about hot Sinigang and rice so...pictured is just the turon, the mango nectar and the outside seating. Super cute!

No frills, authentic Filipino food at Tipunan! I've tried almost everything on their menu and I was never disappointed.

Their new location at the Oakland Food Hall is a little bit of a drive for me compared to their old location. I recommend ordering ahead as it takes them a while for them to prepare the food. You get an estimate when your food will be ready and it is usually on the dot. The shared kitchen concept is really interesting and I'm glad it's available to small businesses.

This place is an absolute gem and I hate that I didn’t find it sooner. Several genre’s of food in one location is pure genius. The food is good as well. I only have one suggestion and that would be to have someone or a sign up front to show where to order, sign in for pickup, etc. I was in there for about 2 minutes trying to figure out where to order. Other than that this place is great. I will be back and tell others.LETS GO OAKLAND FOOD HALL!!

If you’re expecting a restaurant, suspend your expectations and you will be delightfully surprised. Order online or at the kiosk in the lobby. Many small yummy restaurants to choose from. Ben’s 1/2 & 1/2 pork shoulder bowl with walnuts, avocado and Smokey chipotle dressing was amazing. Other options to choose from other restaurants include lumpia, street tacos, chicken and cookies.

The customer service was excellent. Very clean atmosphere floors, bathrooms and food prep areas. Fishbone Seafood restaurant is absolutely delicious! This will be my 3rd experience eating here . The food is consistent, always hot & fresh . I highly recommend giving this place a try.
Five Stars & Two thumbs up ..

The Pastrami B-fast burrito I inhaled was culinary bliss. From the crispy tater tots, to the fresh pastrami with a nice bark on it, made me wanna do the humpty dance with each bit taken. Plus, the employee up front greeted me with a big smile and was very friendly. I definitely see this place taking more of my money and I have no problems with that.

This is great place for food that I just discovered. Several great restaurants, convenient online ordering, and outside seating. We enjoyed the vegetarian offerings at cozy wok. One meal was enough for two!

Have enjoyed Miharu Ice Cream twice now and we will definitely be coming back for third and fourths! Raved so much that my mom in Contra Costa County has requested I bring her a pint next time I go :)

We been waiting for our favorite Pollo Campero on this side of the Bay for ever and finally found it here. Food was delicious along with quick and easy ordering.

Really cool place! I ordered some food for pickup (Mochill Donuts, AMAZING) and was surprised when I showed up and it wasn’t a brick-and-mortar store. I spoke to the friendly person at the counter and it turns out there are like 20 or 30 restaurants in there serving food for pick up or delivery! I was concerned at first, but it turns out each one is owned and operated by a local person, so it’s just a whole collective of small businesses operating under one roof. Glad to see small businesses opening up!
