Steve Johns Appliance

I was needing a female quick connector wire gauge for my oven to connect the wire to my heating element as my connector was burnt. I have no experience in crimping or connecting wires and told Steve I would pay him or anyone to put it together for me. Steve called his associate and had him make one for me. He brought one up in about 5 minutes. I was so thankful and asked how much I owed. He said nothing. His associate then showed me how I would need to connect the quick connector and my oven is now working like a champ. What really blew me away about Steve and his associate's kindness is that I had never met them nor ever done any business with them before. They didn't know me at all and treated me like family. Steve had much bigger fish to fry and could be making a whole lot more money focusing on other big ticket items he had in the works, but he dropped everything and treated me as if I were the only person important to him. Steve and his company gave me a taste of what grace is all about. I can't thank you, Steve and your associate enough. Thanks so much for your kindness and truly caring about people more than money.

Stopped here looking for a heating element that would fit a Jenn Air convection oven. Priced in line of around $100 and 3-5 business days for delivery. He had one that worked for half the cost and had it on the shelf. Steve is very friendly and helpful. I always keep him in mind on hard to get items.

Uncle Steve is the best thing since sliced bread! But seriously as a young woman walking in there asking for the wrong part, he could have sold it to me. Instead, he tested my parts and told me what was wrong and sold me a new one. And BOOM! He saved me from buying a new dryer costing $600+ which he could have also tried to sell me. Overall an honest and knowledgeable guy!

After having a labour day weekend emergency... 5 years ago..... Steve came to the rescue on labour day with a new (to us) dryer... Thanks for being so accommodating. See you for the next appliance we will inevitably need... 👍👍

Well it happened January of 24.... Needed a washer and here is Steve to the rescue. Got a very nice used model that works great and the guys even held it a few days till it stopped raining..... Thanks again

Long established family-owned appliance store. They do it right, have a large selection comparable to most big box stores, but they have expert service and knowledge the big box stores can't offer.

The ONLY place to get help & parts on dishwashers, washers & dryers. He is a wealth of knowledge & is awesome to work with!

Steve is the man! I called because my heat stopped working on my year-old dryer. Before I could even finish my sentence, Steve knew the problem. Took the part which was the heat element to him. Sure, enough it needed replacing. That part is hard to find and even when you do everybody else charges a lot and takes long to ship. However, Steve had exactly what I needed with the perfect price. Not only was he super nice and had great customer service, but Steve also told me a lot of important information. Went home and did exactly what he said, and my dryer worked better than it did when it was new. Thank you so much sir for everything! Please give Steve your business, money, and time. He knows a lot and does it all with a smile and great attitude!

Repeat customer, Steve Johns took great care of us 10 years ago when we moved to LaVergne, we are thankful that he had fridges in stock and only took a couple of days to arrange delivery 3rd party, unlike the big box stores that quoted us over 2 weeks for delivery. If you like dealing with honest folk, Steve Johns should get your business.

Steve is an honest and affordable business. Instead of selling me a $450.00 stove for my rental, he and his associate took the time to show me how to bring the questionable part and and he tested it 3 different times before selling me a new part which in turn saved me $400.00!!! Will definitely be back.

Steve helped my wife and I get a new stove at a very good price. Very helpful. He also has a beautiful cat named boo. Not our first Appliance from Steve and wont be the last.

Hi its been quite sometime since I bought anything from Steve Johns, but they treated me so good when I did buy from them !! They are my 1st go to when I am looking for something new or even just buying a part, they will even tell u how to install the part. As I said they are my 1st go to when I need something and thats why I am on this site today, I'm looking for a used front load dryer and I'm praying they have it. I hope my review helps anyone looking for because u can definitely trust these people any u will get good quality when u purchase ❤

Just wanted to share my excellent experience working with Steve Johns and my purchase of a Speed Queen washer and dryer in March 2022. Steve is the ultimate professional when it comes to demonstrating the products that he sells. He explained every pro/con and answered my questions and offered his advice based on my needs for a washer/dryer. I knew I was ready to go the Speed Queen route for the washer/dryer but explained each model so I would understand and how it would meet/exceed my needs. I wish I would have found Steve Johns Appliance many years ago and will definitely go to Steve for any appliance needs in the future. Thanks again Steve!

My experience with Steve Johns appliances was a very positive one. I went to the store, selected the refrigerator that would meet my needs, paid for it and they almost beat me to my house to deliver it and install it.

Everyone was professional, courteous, and in general friendly which made me feel very welcomed. I believe the staff truly wanted to meet my needs in the appliance that they sold me rather than trying to sell me what they wanted to.

Not only was the staff very nice and friendly but the little cat that I met was also very nice and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed this added touch of being very welcomed at this store.

The delivery of the appliance also went very well with the personnel who delivered and installed the refrigerator being very professional, very courteous and someone that you would like to see in your home.

I will certainly do business with this store in the future for all of my appliance needs!

Steve was very polite and courteous. Knowledgeable and provided a great experience and genuinely seemed to want to steer me into buying a better product, even if it were less expensive. Definitely positive to see such an old school salesman still operating in this day and age where he seems to care about his customers!!

My clothes washer wouldn't drain or go through the spin cycle. Steve told me what the problem was (a lid switch) when I described the problem to him. He could have charged me to come out and fix it but he, instead, told me that it's a simple fix that I could do myself. He and his technician even demonstrated how to replace the part. He saved me a lot of money by just being honest. Definitely recommend this business

Great customer service. I was looking for a part and even though they didn’t have it in stock they tried calling around and helping me track it down. A big box store would never give the type of customer service that you will experience here.

My oven went out and I had a nice, used one installed at my house less than 3 hours later! They also hauled off the old one. I can’t recommend them enough. Great prices and service. This is the 3rd time I have bought something from Steve John’s in the last few years. They are the best!

Called their business to ask about Amana dryer parts, they told me to bring the parts in and they would test them. Handed him 4 different electrical parts and in less than a minute he found the defected part and had it in stock. Their technician gave me tips on things to do to help this from happening again. Great group of guys there, great customer service , the part worked great, dryer back in working order, save hundred of dollars !

Mr John's is very knowledgeable about his business. He is very helpful to. Although he did not carry the brand appliances I was looking for, he did give me the number of another store that does. He also spoke very favorably about the people at the other store

I have purchased many appliances from Steve John's. The service has always been top notch and, he has always stood behind his products. After reading many reviews I select a speed queen washer got tired of replacing one every five years.. this has a seven warranty.
