Staff is absolutely AMAZING here. So accommodating, friendly, good vibes all around! Food was HOT and delicious.

Dined in as usual. So u get it right then an there nice an hot. Nice atmosphere,friendly staff, good Meals for ur $$. Always leave full an satisfied. Just as good if u take out also. Though u have the time. Dine in.

All the employees have always been so pleasant over the many years I've been coming here and the girl who I just interacted with this evening was absolutely phenomenal and working her butt off as was everyone.

Great sandwich shop. Didn't get fries, but fresh cut!! The artichoke and mushroom sandwich on whole grain was awesome.

The employees and food here are THE BEST!!! Everyone is super friendly and the food is always delicious! We've been eating here for many years and they take great care of us! This Penn Station isn't the closest one to us, but in my opinion is the best! I highly recommend this location.

Penn Station is amazing. The employees are on top of their game here. The food is always cooked to order and their fries are always hot. No complaints from me, I've never had a bad experience here and I love going here. 5 stars with a high recommendation of taking the whole family for lunch.

Order a large style sub that was big enough to feed 2 people easily. Did not cheap in the turkey. Taste fresh and delicious. We would eat there again when we are in the area.

Always good food, especially the bread. I used online ordering for the first time. Works fine but didn't see a mobile app.

My parent's love you guy's! And I can see why they like you guy's so much. Every once in awhile I drop in to place/pick-up their order for them. Everyone I've ever encountered up there is always friendly and competent. What had happened was there was almost two additional cookies put with my parents order. Abigail handed me two cookies and then I noticed two additional cookies sitting with my parents order behind her; so I mentioned it to her and I made a comment about Abe Lincoln.
After a few minuets of waiting for the fresh cut fries and the order to be complete , she called me up to the counter with a "Honest Abe Amy!" Shout-out.
Again, I can understand why my parents like you guy's so much. When employee's are capable of having pleasant and professional interactions with the customers (with the added bonus of some much needed comic relief!) = That's priceless.

Nice restaurant, it's was saver as that's the only one open for late hours. I really appreciate the staff who made me a sandwich during the closing time.

Originally from Texas on a trip visiting family, and by far the best sandwich I’ve had in a long time! The bread was amazing, definitely get it grilled Not cold. Even though they got my order wrong (put lettuce and tomato on it) It was still delicious!

I love Penn Station's artichoke sandwich. I'm vegetarian and the options for me are limited here, but honestly I would never think about trying anything different. The artichoke sandwich is one of the things I try to get everytime I'm in Ohio. I love the fries and cookie too. I know it's unhealthy, but it's so good.... I try to stop here before the airport and bring the sandwich on the plane with me to eat while traveling.
