I needed some new fragrances, so I went to Bath & Body Works, where I was greeted & welcomed by a young woman who assisted me.

I really appreciate how I was helped even though they were a little crowded.

I definitely had to take advantage of their spectacular sale. Buy 3 get 3 free!

Beautiful bath and body. Loved their displays, and they had a lot of room to move around unlike most other stores of theirs.

Love the sales, employees are always very nice, always have a nice smile.

The staff that was working on Sunday 12/13 around 12PM-1PM were phenomenal. Extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous. While waiting in line to enter the store, a worker took the list of candles that I wanted to purchase and checked to see if they had them all in stock. The ones they did not have, they recommended a similar scent that they did have in stock. Rarely have I experienced or even heard of above-and-beyond customer service like that, and I am very grateful that it happened to me on Sunday. Thank you!

Best Candles.. got my wife some more for Valentine's Day

Went to buy some soaps and met such an amazing employee named Dina. She was very personable & made us feel right at hime. Wish we had more employees like her everywhere.

It's hard to walk out of there without sniffing a thousand different things but I finally settled on the whipped berry body cream and the passion fruit banana they both smell amazing once it dries on your skin I mean they smell good in the tube but once it dries it's a whole different smell it's wonderful

I decided that since I had a coupon I would stop in to see what I could fine!! As it turned out I couldn't find my coupon...however the nice worker helped me find my coupon then asked a few questions and showed me a new scent that has now become my absolute favorite!! The store had tons of products in every scent I have ever seen!! Great trip!!

The staff was more than super helpful with me and my mom. Very patient and welcoming. We were leary bc there was a wait to get in to the store, but it wasnt overwhelming with the amount of people in there. Everything seemed pretty well stocked. THE BEST bath and body works I have been to. Definitely hire more people like the ones at THIS location!

A sensational olfactory experience! New and upgraded favorite summer scents are out. Bath and Body products = quality & quantity at pretty reasonable prices, especially if you take advantage of their specials. My son and I were greeted by very helpful staff who were knowledgeable and super friendly. We like the fact that there's "try me" samples for practically every scent as well as swatches to use which allows one to genuinely experience the scent rather than utilize one's body, ending up blending every scent in the store all at once. There's also a sink to wash your hands if need be, and the store currently practices Covid-19 safety. Check out uses safety screens and staff continue to wear masks even though customers don't have to.
Well stocked, managed, and organized retail business. Currently there is a great sale on men's products for Father's day, $5.99 per item on specific scents/products.

Places fantastic has always had a very good deals going on today. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and easy to talk to. A lot of the stuff was 75% off. Can't go wrong with smelling good an affordable pricing.

Very Covid safe, masks necessary, distance markings,and only so many allowed in the store. Stocked and clean. Love that you can try hand soaps at their sink. And plenty of hand sanitizer to try. Keep up the great work!

Great place to find gifts for everyone on your list. I always get something for myself too. Everything smells so good it's hard to decide.

The B&BW staff is always eager to help a guest find the right scent and is passionate about their products. The joyful customer service is one of the reasons I continue to come back for more.
