I absolutely adore Louann! She absolutely went through every diagnosis with me thoroughly, explained why she was putting me on the meds she did. When one med didn’t work she was very diligent about finding one that worked better for me. She was very kind, explained everything along the way and even called me several times after hours to check up on me. I cannot say enough about Louann, she literally saved my quality of life! My children, grandchildren and myself cannot ever thank her enough!!

Wow, I can't say enough about this clinic, the staff, the Dr. ...I have never been treated so kindly, Dr. Hart is definitely one of a kind and , She has helped me through a very very difficult time and continues to do so, she takes time with me and very compassionate as well as her staff, Thank you all!

LuAnn is extremely knowledgeable about this area and is highly organized, and her practice is highly professional and structured to accommodate as many people as possible who suffer from chronic pain. She is straightforward yet very personable and she and her office staff make you feel welcome and supported in a friendly environment. I would highly recommend LuAnn to anyone that needs specialized care with pain relief!!!

She does not care if you're in pain, but monitors your pills to keep her count appropriate. She did not care that I fell on the ice. Took 3 or 4 extra pills. I drove to des moines and ask if I could get Tylenol 4's instead of oxycodone, b4 she knew my count was off. She didn't even have the guts to come in and tell me herself. Instead sent her skinny little guy that answers the phone to tell me she was not going to give me anything even for my withdrawal from the oxy she has been prescribing me for 5 months. I would recommend her for a month or two tops if you need opiates for short term pain. She is not a chronic pain nurse practitioner. She is a short term drug dealer.

Her last name should not be Hart, cause she has no heart. She is very unpleasant to say the least (because you cannot use curse words in google reviews) find a different provider and don’t waste your time. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Before she even asked me about my condition she had samples of medications ready to go (to get her kickback from her pharmaceutical reps)! Treated me like I was drug seeking, until the day I came in with a golf ball sized hole in my side and a serious staph infection that required surgery by a plastic surgeon....and finally after three months of being treated like an addict, I finally recieved pain management. I discontinued care because I was scheduled to have surgery, and I knew she would let me suffer. Avoid this office at ALL costs please! She has a criminal background, and is in it for the money, do your research on this vile woman with high unacceptable bedside manner. She will make you suffer, and take medication she knows won't help you....a quick Google search of her name is all you need to know about her court case and billing insurance for treatment she never gave!

With pain management being difficult to find now. Luana did get me help. However, it quickly escalated and higher and higher dosages. I did not feel that I needed it, and during my pill counts if I still had too many pills, she would threaten to cancel me as a patient, she often made statements like you do not want to mess up this relationship because I am the only Doctor Who will ever give you this many pills. She charged me twice a month for drug screens when I never tested positive that was $600 out of pocket because my insurance only covered one for every three months, as soon as I couldn’t pay for one drug screen, she immediately dropped me and put me in withdrawal severely and I was hospitalized. If all you want is a pill pusher, and to put your life in danger, this is your doctor. Read her reviews and see how many lawsuits she’s had for death.

I went to Dr Hart for over 15 years, as long as I was there every month and pill count was good ,it was fine ( never a problem) until my MS got really bad and my memory, then day I was to go in for my appointment I passed out, sent to urgent care,then primary dr, found out I was diabetic and passed out due to high blood sugar, I called office few times to explain, they said since I missed appointment and pill count I was discharged from care. They had me taken off my pain pills, which I had neen on for years ,making me go threw major withdrawal, leading to ve in hospital during covid, which made my MS act upbadly. never felt this much pain in my whole life. My family dr expressed how dr have a code of conduct and if you can't make it mostly for medical reasons ,they should look into it. I had 2 drs I saw that week for diabetes and passing out, not remembering, dizzy, couldn't drive for 6 months till I felt better. But Dr Hart never would see me again. After 15 years of being a good patient, paying them lots of money for drug test my insurance would not cover. They discharged me for a medical emergency. Ive heard before from many, Her office does not care about patients , just money, but i never had issue, so i went,after the legal trouble she faced I never judged her, but she judged me, when i was in a medical emergency,not even knowing what happened that week, all due to diabetes, and ms episode. . I'm still suffering for what she did a year ago. Now suffering from diabetes, MS, and uterine cancer. I needed a pain dr to help me, not discharge me for something I didn't do intentionally. I didn't ask to pass out and miss appointment.

Around 8:05 a.m Dr. Hart came out demanding I move my vehicle. I was only parked in the client spot because there was none else available and I was only waiting for my dad to come out of the clinic next door which would only take about 5 minutes. I come here every morning and dont typically park in the client spots even though they always seem conveniently available.Then she proceeded pointing at the sign stating clients only and asking if I can read and I told her I can definitely move my vehicle for you but there is no reason to get rude towards me and then she threatened the police on me and continued screaming at me to get out. She was screaming so loud people started to stare. I have no idea how a hostile woman like this even has her license and from the looks of almost every other review, nobody else does either. Very toxic environment she creates for herself.

Rude!!!!! I started to go see Dr. Hart for pain meds because I have a pinched nerve and arthritis in my back. The first time I went they took a urine test which that’s ok no problem. The 2nd time the following month I went. The Dr. asked for another test which was still no problem. I then told her my insurance only covers 3 urine test a year. I asked will we be doing this every month because I won’t be able to afford a $500 test each month. She replied oh we will only be doing 3 a year. I said ok. 4 months later each time she requested urine test. I questioned it and she got mad and threatened to call the police. I never raised my voice. The only thing I did was asked a asked and she started to yell. I replied I was just wondering. She then replied if you don’t leave I’m calling the police. I left and I never in my life have been that offended. I can’t believe she can’t answer a simple question. I’m not even sure why she even threatened police it’s not like I was screaming at her. This lady is a total nut job and needs her license revoked.

Very thorough and compassionate . At first ....but dr.lied to get me to let her change medication I had been taking for 4 years prior with no problems. I WAS PROMISED what Dr wanted to prescribe me was much cleaner and if didn't work that id be put me back on my old meds...then when new meds weren't as strong id ask for a adjustment Dr raise one and reduce my break through ...what good is that ? ..dr refused when i requested to be given back the meds i had upon entering the practice... the amount reduced so much that pain no longer under control. 4 years of no problems to this in 4 mos.
On another side of the practice when i first became a patient , I questioned about a charge to insurance bill for a service i did not receive ..i was called back by office manager instantly told it maybe wasnt the right practice for me .i was in shock and ..being that pain management is so heavily scrutinized there is very little choice but to comply...and i had to pretend it was misunderstanding. . Office is clean but it is not run efficiently . Beware! i would not recommend at all....i also found out by googling that this practice is underFor medicare fraud. ...for billing for services not rendered . Bug thumbs down
