My wedding shoes had gotten dirty while practicing for our first dance, I thought for sure I was going to have to buy a new pair. My fiance brought them in and now they are good as new. Can't thank them enough for their great work.

Wanted to modify a pair of my favorite boots and brought them in. They were able to do the work and they came out perfect. I will be back for future needs. Thank you

Desperately needed a suitcase fixed before a trip as the zipper broke and Bob’s was able to get it fixed the next day! Called some of the other shoe repair places in Vero and nobody else could help so was just beyond grateful they could help. It only cost me $25 but I would’ve paid a lot more as the suitcase was over $300. 5 STARS!

I have a pair of Anderson Bean boots that were butchered but a place in Nevada. I had taken then to other boot repair places and was told they were a lost cause. The guy at bob's undersold and over delivered, they are good as new. Reasonable priced, great work.

This guy does great work and at a great price. My second time using him. This time he had me in and out in a couple minutes

I have a Coach Purse that I adore. Unfortunately it's a crossbody style they no longer make. The clasp that holds the strap in place had broken. The gentleman at Bob's Shoe Repair was able to replace the clasps.
He phoned when the work was complete.
He was very helpful in recommending other companies that make quality purses. As I love Coach purses for their quality not their name.

It's my "go to" when my pair of shoes need fixing! Chad expects the customer to hand in the ticket, for it's easier for him to locate it and not attract a mean look!

My work involves lots of travel and of course my suitcase suffers. They guy at the shop bet is the owner, fixed my suitcase and didn't charge me a penny. Of course I insisted and left him 5 dollars because he is working and has a family to feed.

My friend and landed here after the sole of her shoe fell off down the street. Chad was responsive and so kind to try and help get the shoe back to a usable state.

While ultimately, the shoe was a goner, he still tried to fix it, happily. He did save the day with some great consignment boots.

If you need something repaired, this is the place.

I was told that Bob has gone to the great beyond, but the guy who helped me was great. He hemmed and hawed, and then told me he could add a 1/2 inch lift to one of my shoes, but it would be difficult and might take several weeks. That was okay with me, as I was in no hurry. He called two days later to say that my shoes were ready. He did a good job, and I thank him for it.

I would definitely recommend this place, but since it is evidently the only one in Rapid City SD, I suppose it doesn't much matter. Still, my thanks to him.

Had them do an overhaul on my vintage LV Cabas Mezzo instead of sending into LV and waiting months and paying ALOT of $$$$...they did AMAZING!!! She's like brand new now! These guys here are true craftsmen with outstanding talent. Thank you so much!!!❤

I took two pairs of cowboy boots to get some work done. One pair needed a rubber sole on the leather bottom and the other pair needed a completely new sole and heel. The one pair are my daily’s and I’ve have them for 5 yrs .. He made both pairs look and feel like new .. I am more than impressed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone need repair work on there boots
