Shoutout to Dale for saving the day for me today! My battery light was on and I knew time was not on my side! Dale was curteous and quick to install a new battery for me. I am so grateful for Dale and Napa Auto Parts! I will not go anywhere else ever again, especially not Advance where I was treated like I was bothering them.

This place is awesome. I work with special needs kids and they let us bring students in for work-based learning. They have a young man there (can't remember his name) and he works great with the students. Carlo is the manager and he and all the employees (and the Phillips' who own the store ) are great people. Support your local businesses folks. They care about what happens in the community. They don't have to help us out but they do out of kindness. Thank you Phillips Napa for all you do.

I always receive great service at this location! I pulled up today to the store closed, at the same time the manager pulled up. She took the time to explain the reason for the closure and gave me an alternate location that she knew was open. Even in these strange times, they make sure their customers are taken care of!

The staff here is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I never felt like they were trying to up-sell me something I didn't need. NAPA runs deals online all the time and their rewards system is better than competitor's in my opinion.

NAPA...never had an issue with these guys, in fact, they’re pretty great. can almost always get you your parts, and if they can’t they’ll suggest somewhere you can. they’ll even steer you in the direction of a capable mechanic to install if you cannot. good service and friendly...that alone is worth five stars in this age.

I was at hospital and my car would not start. Called my son, he called his wife who works at that particular Napa. Told her I needed a battery. She and another young man had the battery waiting for me and we're able to get me some new wipers. Thank you Nikki. Thank you Napa for the great help.

Very helpful, patient employees! Two of them spent several minutes helping my husband & I try to find a sent of lightbulbs for the dash area of his 20+ year old fixer-upper.

The salespeople that helped us were knowledgeable they had what we needed in stock they held it for us and the price was right I'll definitely shop here when I need Auto parts
