Burger King

Hadn't been to a Burger King in a couple of years, there's a McDonalds very close to my house. Got two, double cheeseburgers with extra ketchup and extra mustard, hold the pickles. Not only very tasty but I should have taken a picture and sent it to Burger King corporate headquarters for their advertising. Actually looked like the pictures.
Now I just wish they'd open one on Detroit Road in Westlake, say close to Bradley........

Food there is always hot and fresh store always looks amazing staff is always friendly one of the best Burger Kings left

Taco Hell??? It was 12:55 am and I was starved after waiting at Fairview Hospital emergency room for 7.5 hours without ever being seen. My sugar was dropping and I NEEDED something to eat. Went to Taco Bell first. Waited 10 minutes in a six car line and line never moved. Left and went to this Burger King 4 minutes before it closed. What a God Send. Employee Junior helped me in the drive thru quickly. Of course they wanted to go home for the night but he was so helpful and cheery. What a wonderful experience!!! Thank you!!!

It's good for a person who is used to it. I live in New York and the food is expensive there, but there are six of us.

Guy working the drive thru 2/14 @ 5:25pm couldn’t catch his name but he’s beyond helpful and polite ! I’m visiting and left my wallet at my hotel and he kindly reassured me they had Apple Pay ! I was also wished a happy Valentine’s Day. Very nice person and appreciated their kindness

Growing up I lived down the street from this BK & have fun memories of bike riding up here with friends. Always fresh, good fast food & continues to be today. All these years later, when comparable to the other Burger Kings around (which often serve cold, unfresh food that makes you ill) this one has warm, fresh fast food. Stopped here by chance this week, during likely what was still the breakfast part of the morning & asked the employee if it was too early to get a cheeseburger. Figuring it probably was & that I'd be offered a breakfast sandwich or sent out the door (like every other fast food place I have been in before noon to inquire about lunch) this considerate employee immediately took my order,- it was warm, fresh and delicious. Great customer service here! *Highly recommend as continuing to be the only excellent Burger King in the area from the 90's- today.

Food was great, whooper patties and fries made fresh. Wait was typical for a dinner time rush. Gerard was a true pleasure and was on his top game. Food came exactly as ordered (my family likes to special order everything). Service professionals were courteous and professional.

This BK is always great. Quick to produce and always very friendly, as far as the employees go. I've really been enjoying ordering the deals through the application so I can see what the deals are and I don't have an exchange of card/cash when I get there.

Inexpensive, clean, got my order right. Not much more to ask for. Not sure why I like the classic chicken sandwich as much as I do, I know it's terrible processed chicken, but damn are they tasty lol

We stopped there for lunch and we ask for our food to be fresh off the grill in our meal was very tasty. My a daughter enjoyed her kids meal, but they forgot to give my daughter a spoon with her applesauce. I had the whopper with fries and my husband had the double whopper which was very good he also had a strawberry milk shake that was great. We would definitely stop there again if we needed to. Thanks for your great service Burger King.

Really fun people and they got our order out quickly and correctly. One of the most funny experiences of my life.

I go to Burger King for one thing and one thing only. If you want a nice sloppy juicy burger get you a Whopper. There's plenty of other great items on the menu but for me the Whopper is the end all be all accompanied with onion rings and a diet Coke..... heaven

We have several fast food choices in town, I enjoy eating in here for a quick burger or chicken specialty sandwich. My children love the breakfast croissants. If an error is made the staff are quick to resolve they honestly just want to make it right.

The order was wrong. We asked for a hamburger and was given a chicken Sandwich. I believe it's because they were taking orders so fast and trying to keep time that people were not making sure they checked bags.

Not to mention the food was cold.

Employees are always super kind I don't think the problem lies with the employees I think the problem lies with the owner I think if they had a different owner you would see immediate changes. Respect compassion go a long way. Anger and hate will just create more hate. I've been debating on this all day and my anger got the best of me. I believe if you treated people with more respect you would get more respect and also get more appreciation in return not only for yourself but from your employees and your store as well..
I truly hope in the name of Jesus Christ Mighty powerful name that you try a little bit more compassion and I know for a fact you will see a huge change. Leadership is not dictatorship.

They were fast and friendly. The food was hot when it came out and our order was complete. We had a nice booth to sit in and visit while we ate. Im not a big fan of fast food but when we do hve it for a meal this is where we go.

This Burger King is the cleanness
, coolest looking , fantastic atmosphere, go through the drive thru and you be treated like royalty.... Go inside and you get a hundred different drinks what the awesome looking sitting area yeah it may be small but its nice.....

Sandwich very delicious french frys ok Luke warm not fryed long enough so had to throw 3/4 of them out I placed 2 orders of French fries as a result my sister threw her 🍟 away too.

Always good eating at the King. Younger help typically but, conscienscious. Bring your coupons and your significant other and save. Very busy at lunch time so try to arrive before or after. Mention my name for a free cup of water. Just kidding.
