Vicky was professional on the phone as I explained what I thought I needed.
When I came to my appointment she was very informative about lymphedema and how she could make the best choice for me. She measured both legs and realized that my left ankle would not fit any compression socks, even custom made as I have gotten for 10yrs that didn't help me. We looked at the velcro wrap,that will help move the fluid upward. I ordered them in black for my skin color. When the order came in ,Vicky called me and I made my appointment. I drove an hour there and back. Vicky explained every detail and answered my questions.
I left the store with my legs feeling good.
The next day I wore then for 8 hours and my legs shrank down to their natural size. ( I do have big legs and feet) If you have been looking for the best company for your compression fit, then go see Vicky. Listen to what she tells you. You will be very happy with your results!

Came in with no appt. and was seen and fitted for compression stockings in under 10 minutes. They do recommend making and appt. though.

The receptionist was not very helpful. She seemed worried and kept saying she didn't know. She said this to me several times and to two different callers. She asked me for the same information several times.
The fitter was kind and efficient. The pricing was reasonable.

Horrible. Went in to look for a seat cushion/support for someone with a decubitus. Bluntly told they don’t have them. When asked who might carry them in the area, I got “I don’t know”! SERIOUSLY!??? This is such a common medical device to assist people who sit a lot and she doesn’t carry them or know who would?? Not so caring in my book! Go to Annapolis Health Care Supplies on Generals Highway. They are amazing!

If I could give this place a negative zero stars I would. The worst service I've ever received in my life. They act friendly and tell you lies over the phone just to get you in. Then when you get there they tell you something else. I saw it with the customer in front of me and then they did the same thing with me. This place is prejudice and if you're a so called AA don't come here because they will treat you like trash. THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Then when you tell them that you're going to there Manager she says she is the manager with a rude and smart attitude instead of working with you. If she's the manager she really needs to work on her customer service and people skills. You have been warned.
