This review is for Maniah at the Annapolis Mall Finish Line Store.

Maniah has the customer service of a seasoned veteran. She help me to find out all of what I needed to know about the Newbalance 990’s that I was looking for and made great suggestions about other 990s that she thought I would like!

Maniah was helping me while I was on the phone and dealing with other customers, but she never made me feel as if I was unimportant just because I wasn’t in her presence. I feel like I could feel her smiling after every question that I asked her that she answered with grace, poise friendliness and leadership authority.

Finishline has a great employee in Maniah, and I hope that she soon as a leadership position that will show other employees how to be a great employee!

I would ask any person who reads this to please give Maniah my best!

Experienced knowledgeable & friendly staff. Great in-store shoe selection; many more choices online. Return policies make it easy to either get a refund or store credit.

The staff was super helpful. They were the only store that had the Nikes I was looking for. Thanks to the guy who stood with me patiently as I tried on two sizes back and forth for 20 minutes!

Brendan at Finish Line Annapolis Mall was very helpful, attentive and patient despite the fact that the store was about to close. Nice young man, very professional.

Great quality shoes and they always have marked down deals. Lots of kids shoes too.
