I can not say enough about this place!!! So I actually live closer to another Ulta, but I will drive a little bit longer to come to this location. They always have what I'm looking for, and if not they offer to order it for me. My biggest amount of gratefulness tho, goes to both Jarrett and Stephanie who spend a LONG time (two days) helping me pick out my shade of foundation!!! I have looking for the "perfect" match for years!!!! And they sat down with me and spent so much time finding THE match. It was Clinique!!! Some place I would have never looked! I've always loved this store, but this was the icing on the cake!!! And they were like, see you next time, because they know I will be back! They are always friendly, neat, pretty accurate when it come to stock, just all around a great Ulta! Thank you guys for being good at what you do!!!

P.S. what color have I been wearing all these years then?? Lol I was so off!!!

I was immediately greeted by Link, a fantastic EE! I received better personalized service in Ulta with Link, then my original purchase of Anastasia for brows item (5*) in Nordstroms!! I needed personal service to determine which current Anastasia product/color would best go with my hair and skin tone for a replacement. Link was the best! Her professionalism and easy manner while I tried several shades on my brows was top notch! Thank you for excellent service😍

My first time shopping at Ulta and I had a wonderful time. All of the staff were super helpful and friendly from the moment I walked in. Even my husband and son were kindly addressed! I will definitely go back there again and I'm glad I signed up as a member!

Ulta staff have always been super sweet and gone above and beyond to help me when in the store. They also have a great selection and always have just what you need, like the Tree Hut “Green Tea” scrub which is my absolute favorite product in the world! I’m ready to enjoy a fabulous self care day tomorrow

I got my hair done by Mickey! Not only were they a joy to be around, but they throughly explained everything being done, how to take care of my hair, and how to style it at home. I was feeling so overwhelmed by my hair, and Mickey really changed that for me. Thank you a million!!!!!!

Not usually a fan of this place but, this time? I was very excited to find the beauty expert who understood my needs and age! Cannot for the life of me remember her name but she had a GREAT sense of humor and I remember her name ended in two 'T's'.

Went in for a $10.99 lipstick - $160 later, had a new great foundation, brush, and blush! Thanks.

I went in here to get a Paul Mitchell shampoo, and was really impressed by the quantity of products they had, the number of different brands they carried, and the size of the store overall.
My head makeup, lots of hair supplies and tools, a few different associates on the floor helping customers and the store is huge! Prices were what I expected.

Every time I order online and pick up, I have a seamless experience. Three things make me a fan. Ulta usually has the items I want in stock. I accrue points easily and parking isn’t a hassle. The Annapolis, Laurel and Columbia (Maryland) locations are the ones I frequent most. No issues.

I have only recently started wearing makeup regularly for work so I will be the first to say that I am not an expert. However, I found Ulta Beauty very pleasant to shop at even during the height of the pre-holiday rush and the products selection was excellent. The staff was very knowledgeable, clearly an "all hands on deck" effort and was extremely quick to help check people out. Had a great experience and will be back.

Staff is awesome. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. The store itself is clean and well maintained.
One person stood out and came to the rescue! Zachary, you were amazing!

Fantastic in-store experience. I was able to find everything I need with the help of a fabulous employee. I wish I could remember her name. She had on cow print eyeshadow and really knew her stuff. I look forward to more in-store shopping at this location!

I visited the Ulta in Gambrills for a brow wax. They were so rude and unhelpful. I left and went to the Ulta in Annapolis. They were so friendly. They greeted me at the door, continually asked I needed help, and even offered me a drink while I was shopping. Cari at the brow bar made time to do my brows, even though I was a walk in AND she had a full book of appointments. She did amazing on my brows. I will definitely return!

The salon at the Ulta store at Solomon’s Island RD in Annapolis, MD deserves every star of the Five star rating I am giving it. I was at the salon today, and the salon was busy, especially for a Sunday morning! Even though they were busy, my stylist Tionna treated me as if I were her only customer. I’ve been to other Ulta salons that are closer to my home, like the Towson location, but this location has them beat as far as customer service, which is why I drive 45 minutes to go there. The staff at the Annapolis salon greets me like they knows me for years, warm and welcoming, in fact the entire crew at this location is welcoming. This morning the staff greeted saying welcome to Ulta. I’ve only been going to the Annapolis location for a little under a year., the store is so well stocked and ultra clean, or should I say “Ulta” clean. I’ll end this review by saying Ulta, you should be very proud of this salon and store.

Just stopped by the Ulta in Annapolis for a new Bare Minerals foundation. Lauren was very helpful in helping me pick the correct shade. She also assisted me in looking at Clinique eye shadows. I appreciate her recommendation to go to the Ulta in Gambrills or Pasadena for brow wax services since these services are mot currently available in the Annapolis store. Lauren was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. She is certainly an asset to the Ulta organization.

Ashley did a great job with my color and haircut. I have been to many high end salons that will cost you double the amount you will pay at Ulta Beauty. I didn't find a difference, but happily paid less. The environment is very relaxing and after you get your hair done, you can shop around the store for fun products.

Great staff and great stylists. I had blue direct dye in my hair and Jess took all of the blue/green pigment out of my hair while keeping my hair soft. It’s now platinum blonde and I can’t wait to see what she does next! 10/10 would recommend.

Wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Hairstylist Rose Ireland. Rose took care of myself, my mom, and my sister on Saturday for my wedding day. I came in with one photo of an idea I had and she blew me away. Her skill and professionalism were enough to earn her this review, but it was her personable nature that makes me want to come back to her. She took her time with each of us and made us feel incredibly comfortable in her chair. Rose, you made me BEAUTIFUL on my special day and I cannot thank you enough!

Just stopped in to buy my wife some perfume. I looked very lost. Jarrett came over to help and did an amazing job! Patient, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Great customer service!
