Great hybrid shop with integrity and Jacks' years of experience, caring and knowledge. I had an oil change elsewhere, but it was overfilled! Did you know 3.8 quarts is the correct amount for a Prius?!

The team was amazing. They came to me and repaired my hybrid battery. All the other shops wanted me to buy a new battery. Working with Jack saved me thousands buy repairing my existing battery. They are lifesavers.

I brought my 2006 Prius to Prius Hybrid Repair, and they were able to quickly install a refurbished hybrid battery, and the car drove well after that. Jack pointed out a flaw in the air filter design and suggested an inexpensive and easy remedy with part of a cabin air filter. He was exceptionally helpful, explained what went wrong and how he was going to fix it, quick to respond, and even helped me one evening recently when I learned that the auxiliary 12V battery needed to be replaced. I highly recommend Jack and the company.

When my car broke down six mechanics from Firestone and Jiffy Lube were unable to resolve the issue. Big fan of this family-owned business, they have been nothing but kind and helpful. I had a battery replaced under warranty on my 2007 Prius this past July 2018 and they were very flexible with my weird work schedule. I recently moved out of state and started having multiple issues with my vehicle, not just the battery, and Susan has gone out of her way to help me consider options available to me. There's a reason I called on them for input, despite being out of state now, and that reason is because they are so knowledgeable and willing to assist (even from afar!). If you just saved $2,500 on your hybrid battery replacement with a longer warranty and saved so much more on not having to work on unnecessary dealer’s recommendations, wouldn’t you share this incredible value to the world?!! Heck huh! I almost thought that I would have to buy another car based on my dealer’s crazy quote. After careful research and luckily, there was another alternative — going with Prius Hybrid Repairs. Jack replaced the Hybrid battery on my 2004 Toyota Prius about a month ago. The car is still working great. Susan was very pleasant to communicate with and gave me a discount as well. After my vehicle bounced between 2 shops, one geico preferred shop, and the dealer, I felt I was dealing with incompetents. Prius's have many nuances about them that many mechanics are simply ignorant of.

Jack was quite personable as we talked while he went to work. He was very thorough. After completion he rode shotgun to complete his assessments.

I would highly recommend Jack. He certainly values building strong customer relationships through quality workmanship and having a warranty that will stand up to scrutiny.

I have learned many things about my vehicle, but most of all, for any future systems issues, Jack is my first call!

Prius Hybrid Repair Annapolis, the best of the best!

I had a warning symbol appear & disappear o my Prius and was googling around for a Prius specialist in Baltimore. I called Prius hybrid repair to see if they could do a diagnostic on my car, and they answered right away. Jack listened to me explain what happened, guided me through the problem, told me to check some things and give him a call back. Lo and behold, he predicted the cause and then told me what to do next to fix it.

All this help and for absolutely no charge! Thanks so much Jack! What a guy :) If I ever have a Prius battery issue, I now know who to call.

Excellent customer service. They diagnosed my car quickly and for free where other auto shops charged me upwards of $300 and no definitive answer. Will always return or work on my Prius!

This is the only company I will ever trust with my Lexus GS 450h. Their customer service is unbelievable! The first time I called them and spoke to Susan sealed the deal for me. They are knowledgeable, courteous, prompt and are committed to getting your hybrid car back on the road in the best possible state.

They stand by their word! This team has come all the way from Annapolis to pick up my car in Ashburn, VA a few times after other issues came up with my vehicle. Google unfortunately does not do verification of reviews and good businesses like this that are doing a great job are at the mercy of competitors or just anybody who wants to post a negative comment because they are having a bad day :-). Great customer service, My battery went up and when toyota told me the price for a new hybrid battery I almost had a stroke. Jack replaced my battery and I have no issues since. Highly Recommended!!!
