So refreshing to see an honest business. These guys were absolutely awesome! Our battery had just died and we drove with the store closing within an hour. They tested our old battery and told us it was dead and were able to get a new battery within 15 minutes. Excellent pricing, cannot recommend them highly enough! Thank you!

This place is incredible. They are so helpful, knowledgeable and honest. I needed a new battery and purchased one from them. When they went to install it, we discovered that my Land Rover has a bar that locks the battery and we couldn’t remove it. They tried. I bought the battery anyway and figured I would take it to the dealership. The dealership told me that it would be over $400 to remove the bar, install the battery and then they’d have to recalibrate the electrical unit in my car. Turns out, the tool I needed to take that bar off is at Home Depot for five bucks. I got the tool and took it back to the battery warehouse where they removed the bar, installed the battery and they DIDN’T CHARGE ME ANYTHING. What looked like a $500 bill ended up being $5. So many places, especially dealerships will rip you off. This place won’t. They are just good people. I can’t say enough good things about this place .

The guys at Stevens Battery Warehouse have shown integrity and excellent customer service. I brought a battery in that had been giving me trouble and wanted to buy another battery. Of course, they were willing to sell me one, but first, put the battery I brought in on their test bench. They put a load on the battery (better tester than the resistance based), and the battery showed strong and good giving the rate CCA. Mytester showed failed simply because I had bad lugs in foot the test, and those kids showed a higher resistance. They then ran down a list of common problems with the type of battery I use. The problems revolve around poor connection. Because the battery connections are on the side, the weight of wires and vibration over time work the connectors loose. Dirt/ road grind, and moisture get between the battery and connectors, which compromises conductivity. In both charge and discharge, there is a voltage drop because of increased resistance. They provided me with a small cleaning tool and two new lugs to replace the old ones. When I got home I installed the new lugs and used my tester again and it showed the battery as healthy with the rated CCA. The guys at Stevens saved me a few hundred dollars, and guaranteed that next time I replace a $1000+ marine starter battery, I'll be purchasing it from them. Understanding the long game with customers is exactly why most folks are turning to local businesses. You often get a better quality of service, better knowledge and expertise amongst employees, and a business in touch with the local community. They understand that dollars are hard earned and treat their customers as neighbors. We are neighbors! Well done, guys! See you in the near future.

I have been here several times with great results. I went here last week for several reasons: dispose of a battery backup device, get a new battery for another backup device, and possibly replace the battery in my car. It was right after they opened and there were only a couple of guys there. We talked for a while and several other guys showed up for work. It was really fun talking to all of them and they gave me honest input about my batteries being replaced. I decided to have them replace the car battery and it only took about 10 minutes, as it usually does. I will always go back.

They know how to run a business properly! Exceptional customer service! They are trustworthy and won't make you feel pressured to buy etc. Go here first, they have your best interest in mind. 10/10 Very Helpful.

Highly recommend for any battery need! I took on my Harley battery (that was only a year old) that was dead and told by advanced auto was completely bad. The gentleman told me that should not be the case and asked me to leave the battery over night with him to see if he could revive it. Go back the next day and it is perfectly good and Chehalis. So what could have been an easy couple hundred dollars same for them, they cudgel me$5 for just a charge. Very honest business that looks out for the costumer!

My battery died at Sam’s Club gas pumps. Got a jump called Steven’s they had the battery in stock. From the time the battery died to getting it replaced at Steven’s was 30 minutes. Anywhere else would be a couple of hours. They are my go to battery replacement folks.

These guys are so nice & helpful!!! I can't thank them enough. While there purchasing a battery, the tire went flat on our truck & they jumped right to our rescue. They helped us out in every way possible even when it seemed like all odds were against us. They didn't even blink an eye, they were right there offering to help in anyway. I can't begin to tell you how awesome, helpful, knowledgeable and just simply nice guys they are. I would highly recommend!

They immediately started swapping my battery and even though they didn't have the exact battery for my car spec's, they had one that fit the space and power requirements and I was on my way shortly. Great service and a willingness to say yes instead of no.

Always a great value. Always best price. Always helpful staff. Always knowledgeable. They check my old battery before selling me a new one. They lost a sale in the past proving my Old battery was still good.

This place is amazing, I have coming here for years ( and I do mean years) never have been disappointed. They have your battery. The staff and owner knowledgeable. You can't go wrong.

I have been buying car batteries, truck batteries, batteries for my back up sump pump and even my phone batteries from Steven's for at least ten years. Their service has always been excellent and they know batteries. More than I can say for big box stores.

The long term manager really makes this store great. They are always extremely helpful. I’ve been buying all my batteries from them for years. Full service - they will replace your car/truck/RV battery without you having to take it out.

HONEST, knowledgeable, friendly. I brought in my dead Marine/RV battery to purchase a replacement but instead they tested it, told me it had at least 2 more years of life in it, and charged it for $5. All this instead of just selling me a replacement for over $200. They even carried the battery to my wife's car for her when it was ready for pickup. I will find a reason to do business with them in the future. If I need something and they carry it, Stevens Battery is where I'm going to buy it.
