We used CIT for an event that we had and they were amazing to work with. It was an easy process to book and the sales team answered all the questions that I had. The driver was polite and friendly and the bus was clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend them.

CIT provided all the transportation for the tours of the 48th Military Vehicle Preservation Association-Historical Archives Convention at the Iowa State Fairgrounds, Des Moines, Iowa 14-17 June 2023. The drivers were on time, courteous and the coaches up-to-date and clean. I talked to several passengers, on each tour, that stated how nice the rides were and how quiet the busses were. We uses quite a few buses from CIT and everyone was very professional. John and Jeremiah was on site every day and made sure everything ran great and on time. Would recommend for your event!

I used CIT Transportation for shuttling services for my guests to come and leave my wedding reception throughout the night. The organizer was very good at creating a schedule for the shuttle and the driver was great about calling when he got to the hotels to begin his rounds. The driver was nice and attentive and great about getting guests safely back to their hotels at night. I would certainly recommend CIT to anyone looking for shuttling or other transportation services!

Kim & Joan in customer service are the best folks to work with, and they have been able to help us even with last minute scheduling. The CIT team bent over backwards to make sure that all the needs of the USA/Canada Lions Leadership Forum attendees in Des Moines, Iowa were met. They provided "extras": helping us return a lost iPad to the owner, shipping a Lion leader's official blazer all the way to California, and providing extra buses and routes when some attendees exited on the wrong side of the convention center. CIT's team was helpful, kind, had exceptional planning skills, and a POSITIVE ATTITUDE, no matter what happened. My employer chartered some busses from them recently. While riding, my watch fell off and I didnt notice until later. I was able to get ahold of them and the staff was amazingly helpful. They found the watch and even delivered it to the hotel where I was staying. They went above and beyond and I couldn't be more grateful!
