My machine was not sewing properly and we took it to one shop and they were not able to fix it. We brought the machine to Shields and Tim was able to fix both the sewing and embroidery features. Within one week we were able to pick up the machine and it continues to sew properly. We would highly recommend Shields to anyone wanting to purchase a sewing machine knowing full-well that if you do encounter a problem they will be able to fix it for you. I walked in with my machine and the woman at the counter dove right into fixing my problem. She was so helpful and I learned so many things after a 10 minute fixing session. She recommended thread and a new needle and I was out the door and back to my project!!!

What a delightful experience. My husband and I were passing thru going back home to Colorado looking a ScanNcut and found it at Shields for a lower price than we could get it back home.
