My first experience renting with Storage Rentals Of America , Windsor, CT. There was a slight mix up , however I spoke to Debbie at the Windsor Office & she got right on top of fixing the issue. She as well as her co worker were very polite, professional & knowledgeable . I’m a happy customer

Credit we're credit is due. I have to say Julie and her crew were awesome from the start! I had to rent a second unit months later and their service was as good if not better the second rental time. They were always attentive and cheerful,. What I did notice the compound was always very clean, if I ever need to store anything they will be my first choice. Great job Julie and crew! The SROA facility in Windsor Locks, CT is well kept, clean and secure. The office staff (based in Windsor) is helpful & friendly. Also, the main office in FLA is able to help you with questions and registration. I was connected to Marietta, who was kind and professional. It’s been a good experience, all around, so far.

First off, As a local Business Owner myself, I would like to say that i have been renting here for quite some time. I have several units and a handle of employees. My experience with this facility and Property Manager have always been PROFESSIONAL WITH EXCEPTION SERVICE. My staff has always had excellent service. I was shocked and appalled to see that someone had posted a bad review about this facility because there unit was over-locked and its obvious that they are taking their frustration out on the Property Manager, which is very unprofessional. I would like to share that I had my unit over-locked once because i forgot to make my payment by the 10th. I paid it right away and the lock was removed--no big deal. This is company policy and not the Property Manager. If you paid your bill on time, your unit would not be over-locked. Secondly, I just want to point out to Lori Co Ell l that its obvious you had a friend write a fake review to try and justify your review or your wrote it under another name ...and if i can tell i'm sure everyone can! You have truly shown everyone what type of person you truly are...unprofessional and vindictive.

The storage unit was very clean, the hours are great and no one really bothers you while your there but are willing to help you out if needed. We were very happy here for the time we rented the unit.

The facility is ALWAYS super clean, feels safe and secure and the service is incomparable. Mike is the biggest help ever! Cannot say enough good things about this facility, the only one I’ll use.
