All of the associates at this store have always been so helpful and professional every time I go in there. They're all so kind to the customers. It's truly appreciated.

I’ve had the best experience with this place! SUPER easy to return Amazon and to ship anything.
And they do printing there too! WAY cheaper and quicker than Staples!!!
Alysa is very nice and makes it easy to do business there.
I will be using UPS Store for all my shipping and printing needs forever.

I was just there a few days ago and I was blown away by the customer service.
There was a young man taking care of each customer at the front desk, with patience and professionalism (I wish I could remember his name).
But he also was directing each customer that walked in that needed help, without losing a beat.

This isn't the first time I've been there and walked out feeling how great and easy the service was at that specific store.

They were very helpful and nice. Held the door for me, I have a cane. Then they helped me learn how to do QR scan return so I know how to next time by myself.

Great customer service from Ryan! What a gem!!!! He assisted me without making me feel ignorant for not knowing what to do with my Amazon return. He is polite, personable and a wonderful young man!

Alysa and her staff are always professional, friendly, helpful and go above and beyond for my company's shipping needs. If anything needs further attention i.e. billing issues or tracking something down, Alysa makes sure everything we need is handled in a timely manner.

The store was extremely busy while I was there, and the employees treated every single customer with a sense of urgency and respect. They were awesome!

I don't understand all the negative reviews. Personally, everytime I have gone into this UPS store, I have been helped with the utmost professionalism, and courtesy. And I have gone to this store quite frequently to drop off packages. Every employee I have had the pleasure of dealing with has just been incredible! There are times I have had to wait, yes, but this is to be expected. The employees always try to help everyone appropriately, and in a timely manner to the best of their ability. These employees are doing the best they can, and I appreciate this. Any issues, or questions I have had, they are right there to help. I have seen the various employees take their time to explain, and help others while I had been in line. I have always been greeted, and helped with a smile, and kindness. So I thank the employees for how great they have been, at least every time with me, and from what I have witnessed with others. Keep up the good work!

I had come to this location to drop off some of my Amazon returns and at the time was only given 1 QR code to scan after leaving I received more codes that had needed to be scanned for my items, and by that time the location was closed. I called in the following day and spoke with Christine who went out of her way and normal job routine to find my items so I could come back and rescan them. After reading other reviews about customer service, I do not agree with them. Someone taking the time to help me out when that's not their job to do so is great customer service in my opinion. The 3 girls that were at the location when I was able to go back were also very helpful and friendly.

I was shipping a large item and the USPS wouldn't ship because of it's size. Said it was too big to ship. But it was not an issue for UPS.
Brandi was extremely helpful, went above and beyond and got my package shipped.
I won't go anywhere else from now on.

Superb customer service! I arrived at a very busy time and ended up interacting with all three of the ladies who were working at the time and each one of them was patient, helpful, friendly and most importantly expedient and professional. In the 10-15 minutes I was there (I did not pre-pack my item so did it onsite and was helped) they must’ve processed at least 20-30 customers and each customer got the exact same level of professional courtesy as I did. Keep up the great work, ladies!

I have been using this UPS store for several years for my business. The staff is always friendly, very well-trained and very good at what they do. In the shipping business, sometimes things can go wrong, that are out of control of the staff. They have been infrequent, but when they did occur, the staff went out of their way to rectify the situation in a very timely manner.

I have used other shipping services in the area over the years and have to say that none of them came close to the professional execution and friendliness of this group of wonderful people. If you want a great experience and want To be certain that your package is going to be delivered properly, this is your place.

Not sure where there are such negative reviews on this store. Every single time I go in there (once a week) I never have an issue. Every interaction I had with the staff has always been friendly.

I utilize this location frequently to ship items, mostly documents and always receive fast, friendly service. Alysa also did a great job with the brochures I had printed!

What a great service. I have a huge package, 49 lbs that I need to sent back to PR and the pregnant nice lady that help me on Friday afternoon was so nice and professional trying to help me the most she can.
For some reason I can't send it and then I visit the store today and another nice lady, with so much patience and nice attitude help me out printing out the label and dealing with the process.

I have also been sad to see the lines out to door because of Amazon returns but have been pleasantly surprised at how quickly they processed the returns. Long lines seem to move quickly and the staff have always been very kind.

It sounds like the most people leaving bad reviews here are unhappy they had to wear a mask during a global pandemic and do not seem to understand that this is just a small component of a massive shipping company.

This store has the best customer service I have ever experienced. There was quite a line in the store when I arrived and the woman working there was doing such a great job at keeping a great attitude and smiling. This cannot be an easy job for one person to do but she was just awesome. My package arrived safely and unscathed. This was definitely the best customer service I have experienced in a long time, I would recommend their services to any one who has to ship a parcel. Absolutely wonderful!

These guys have an amazing process for getting through a large amount of people quickly and efficiently. I pulled up and the line was out the door which worried me, however they have so many people working and are going so quickly that I was waiting for under 5 minutes. Amazing job here, really highly recommended this location. Thanks so much for getting everyone's holiday packages out the door!
