This store has the most pleasant employees! They are always more than willing to help with anything, and they seem delighted to help even non-customers obtain and even load empty boxes into a car. Thanks so much!

Most staff is kind and helpful, always checked out quickly, see the same people every time I frequent this store and most of the staff remember me and how i like to be checked out. (no bag no receipt) and they remember without me telling them. Helpful with the credit card machines and some will walk you through. The older man that works there is pretty short with people and doesn’t help much, barely can get a ‘hello’ or a ‘have a good day’ from him. The woman there is friendly each time and walks me through the steps though so it’s always nice to have that, especially since she says it all day and doesn’t give people a hard time about it. The younger men who work there are also friendly and helpful the one that has brown hair is very kind and always willing to give information and to help you find exactly what you need. There’s a few more workers there but i haven’t exactly had a lot of run-ins with them. This is a smaller store though so be aware that they might not have everything you’re looking for. Example: i was looking for Mad dog one time a few months ago, was told they didn’t have it, cashier helped me find a location that did have it and gave me the address and sent me on my way. If you ask you’ll always be able to get what you want, even if it’s not the answer you’re looking for. It’s conveniently located in a shopping centre so you can get groceries, food, and liquor all in one stop. I’m keeping 5 stars because even though the man i stages above is a downer sometimes that ISNT the stores fault that’s a human error and he shouldn’t be working in public service if that’s how he treats customers.

What you typically expect from a state store for stock. Knowledgeable staff who are very interested in helping you out and discus the best possible option for what you are looking for. They have spent an hour with me before explaining options and opinions and just overall education on wines.

Such friendly people even around the holidays they are so helpful and fast service. Prices are good and they have alot of great wine. Pretty bags to put liquor or wine in.. little bottles for gifts also they have gift cards. My favorite wine is the pink mascato by barefoot mmmmm it's great not too sweet not too dry just perfect and the price just right. Thank you Wine and Spirits employees for such great service. This place is clean, organized, and in stock. I got in and got out quickly which is what I like to do when shopping. The staff was friendly and knowledgable as well.
