Who doesn't love Lowe's? They have everything you need. Prices are high but it's a specialty store. You can get really good deals too tho! Great store and great employees.

I love this Lowe's, they have the best plants and they are always well maintained. If you are someone who love gardening and looking for help, Lowe's has one of greatest friendly workers and always willing to help with anything you need. Amazing customer service 😊❤

Big shout out to KATHY SPENCER at the Sinking Spring Lowe's for her diligent help. Her efforts in phoning other Lowe's for our need gave us hope for finding the product desired. Although it didn't quite work out as hoped...it did lead us to others at the Morgantown Lowe's who really strove to make our needs met. BILL and SALLY were fantastic in resolving our dilemma with patience and understanding and we left with the product we needed. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I’m a contractor. Went to customer service to return a couple of item and the lady treated us very well. Got that done then went shopping for electrical supplies. Found what we needed with little effort. Also got something in the flooring department. We used self checkout which worked very well and fast. I am from Lebanon PA so I usually use that store.

I love Lowe's! Huge selection of all kinds of thing's! This trip was for a Bird feeder! I have attracted soooo many different kinds of bird's! Be careful of squirrels, they love em too! 💚

I placed a special order after working with the pro desk to find a special color lattice for my deck skirting. Andrew V did a great job finding all the materials I needed at various stores, and ordered the items not in stock. There were some issues with in stock vs not in stock pricing, but between Andrew and the Store Manager Adam we worked out a solution that was fair to all. It's nice to get customer service above the norm.

Bought 3 year old killz stain blocker, took it back gave me 50% off for the 5 gallon, I think that’s fair, manager Austin was helpful. Thank you.

Never an issue in there, aside from spring looking @plants, but there's so many places locally that are here for that reason!
Not much to report store is clean, staff I interacted with were helpful /friendly, got in and got out. Covid precautions were being followed at the register I was at anyway, never an issue w/military discount. Zero complaints. 👌

Store was busy, but customers were being helped and I was able to get in, grab what i needed and go without issue on self checkout. 👍

The employees are very courteous and polite. We took our 1yr old Aussie with us. It's one of his favorite places to visit. He gets cookies from different employees. Who always ask if he can have them. He does tricks. Give kisses 💋 and smooches. We went to purchase a new refrigerator/freezer combo. We found several. We were immediately helped by the appliance person. We set up for delivery and removal of our old refrigerator. It will be arriving on 12/23/2022. We're very satisfied with the service, quality of the product. Fast delivery of our new appliance. Highly recommend this establishment.

Great assortment of winter weather items. Love the VET parking and recognition from the associates. Do not like the new hardware/landscaping tool area.

I like Lowe’s. The staff is helpful almost all the time. They also have good deals. They also return items hassle-free.
I enjoy coming here for decor, appliances, remodeling, or anything that I need at home. They have a wide variety of goods. I normally try to do a one stop shop as I’m not a big fan a big parking lots. I’m not a big fan of walking much.

I appreciate the staff in the paint department at the Sinking Spring Lowes so much! They are so helpful and efficient. I've gone several times over the past year and they are so kind and courteous and helpful. Even while dealing with a difficult customer, the gentleman behind the counter noticed someone jump ahead of me in line and when it was time to help the next customer, he made sure I was called next. Seems like a little thing but to me it was so appreciated. He also helped me find a suitable substitution for something I was looking for that was not available. He and the other two girls behind the counter should be recognized for stellar service. Thanks for all you do!

Great place if u need hardware for your home building projects. Been there multiply times to grab random things. Employees are always chill and laid-back. Never a dull day there.

The only thing with Lowe's is customer care in the store.

I love this Lowe’s. That sounds like an exaggeration, but it’s true. As a homeowner in the area, I can definitively say I’ve been to this Lowe’s more times than any other business in Berks County, and I have never had a bad experience. Over the last few years, I’ve asked for help at least once in every department, and received nothing but great customer service. The staff at this store amazes me! They are the most pleasant and professional people ever! I’ve dealt with this Lowe’s on hundreds of occasions; from small quick purchases, to appliances deliveries, and even large contract jobs - and I’ve been extremely happy with each interaction! Keep up the great work!

It's a Lowe's pretty standard experience across all of them. Except the customer service people have always been friendly and Willing to help out and go just a little bit farther than other places. I always go here as compared to all the other hardware stores in my area especially home depot. Prices are usually much cheaper here to

I work with a Construction Company, and we ran into an issue with Lowe's vendor, and shipping company. We ordered a shower pan for a customer, and never received due to the shipping company shattering. So I called Lowe's and spoke with a gentleman named, Eric. He was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and guided us to get the new product quickly. Eric made this messy situation painless. Thank you Eric! We absolutely appreciate your dedication, and your ability to get the job done efficiently.

Megan who works in appliances is awesome. I kept getting disconnected and put on hold several times trying to take care of my online order. She went above and beyond to help me. She put me on hold and personally walked up to the internet department to talk to Xavier and they took care of my problem right away with me on the phone. Probably one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at Lowe’s. I never really leave reviews but with these crazy times, those employees that go above and beyond should be recognized.
