We would highly recommend this Verizon store. Daniel KEGERISE, the store manager , spent a long time with us today helping to explain our bill and our plan. As seniors this was very important that we understood what services we are getting. I would highly recommend this location if you have to buy equipment or do anything with Verizon.

Great store with outstanding service! Dan was phenomenal in helping me troubleshoot a non working phone and then ultimately trade it in and set up my new phone (which is better suited for my current needs). This was the BEST experience I’ve ever had buying a phone. Thank you Dan! Love my new phone!

thought I needed a new phone because the charging port on mine was damaged and phone would not charge. The tech cleaned up the port and it works fine,. saved me a lot of money! only negative was the 20 minute wait as only one tech was on duty when I visited.

Dan K. was amazing today! He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. My fiance and I went in today to transfer a line and upgrade a phone. We ran into some issues with support while trying to close one account and transfer to another. Dan was able to assist the agent on the phone to get through the transfer problems. We left with exactly what we were looking for and will definitely visit the store again.

As a not very computer savvy senior citizen, I went to a Verizon store for assistance when contemplating switching phones, etc. as my current phone is so confusing to operate. I definitely lucked out when I met Ana Mercedes. She was very helpful in explaining everything to me while, at the same time, being patient and respectful. Verizon is very fortunate to have this employee!

Chris was awesome taking care of transferring my info from my former phone to my new one. He answered all my questions and am grateful he had so much patience with me with more setup questions I had. (I came back a few times) He also offered me to trade in my former phone.I didn't think of that. I did that and that value will be deducted from my future bill. I am very satisfied with his services.

My name is Addison I am 12 years old. Me my mother, my brother, and my sister all went into this store to find ourselves amazed. When entering this store the employees were very welcoming and ensuring. Along with the amazing welcoming they got straight to the point of our visit. When knowing what my family was there for they wasted no time in getting the item we were here for along with interacting with us the customers. When finding the product we were looking for they continued to assemble/ put on the item to the phone we were applying it to. When finished paying they put together the item together and had conversations with us as they continued. These steps sound like they may take a while but they got us in and out as soon as possible without rushing but instead ensuring us on what they were about to do to the item we were implying it to. In the result of our trip we were amazed at what we saw and will definitely be coming back shortly. I recommend this place to anyone who likes things being thorough explained and not to mention fast and very efficient. This is what happened in my experience of my visit. The employees who helped us today were Dylan and Jose I just wanted to say they were absolutely amazing and not to mention very helpful.

The store has a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. My mom and I were mainly helped by Dylan, but we also interacted with Edwin. Edwin was kind and extremely friendly. When talking with Dylan about my dads phone, he was so patient and very knowledgeable about upgrades, the phone itself, and so many other things conserning Verizon. Dylan was able to put our minds at ease. I can’t recommend this place and these guys enough! They are absolutely groovy and know their stuff! Thank you both!

Jose did a remarkable job making us feel welcomed and with handling our switch to Verizon service. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The store was very clean and well kept as well. I highly recommend this store to anyone. If you need help, Jose is definitely the guy to talk to.

Super personal assistance, especially since I am quite technologically ignorant (haven't upgraded in almost 5 years). Chrissy was awesome in being patient and thorough. Cody is super smart with the technology stuff and together they were an awesome team in helping us make a decision. Highly recommend!

Dylan, Jose and Edwin were all very professional and knowledgeable in helping me pick out a phone. They took the time to figure out how I use the phone and recommended one that I am now very happy with, as well as giving me a couple of pointers on some of the extra features. Best experience ever!!! Several people told me not to go to a franchise store, but I’m so glad I did!!! They could not have been more helpful!!! My phone had become a monster, with all kinds of problems. Jose and Jonathan had so many ideas and tried so many ways to make it work. When I ultimately needed to get a new one, they were just as helpful, answering all of my question, and comparing many different features, not just one phone. They treat customers like they would want to be treated, because it’s like their own small business. They were very respectful of my time, as well as my pocketbook. They even followed up after the fact to make sure I was all set. I give them 10 stars!!!

Awesome job by Harold and Edwin to help us resolve some data storage and transfer issues (when Apple tech support would not) during a new phone purchase. These guys went way, way, way beyond our expectations, providing the absolute best customer support and ultimately resolving all of our issues.
