Came here for the fingerprinting service after being told by USPS Noe Valley location that their machine was broken. The man who helped me was knowledgeable and got me in and out in 5 mins.

Tammie (manager) and Kathleen (fingerprinting) are literally the best. So thankful to them both! Helpful and sweet too - incredible customer service all around

I've been able to accomplish everything I've wanted every time I've stopped inside. The staff is very friendly, just talk to them! They got a lot to handle and they're rockin it. Passport photos, mailing passport documents, shipping packages, stamps, all the good stuff. USPS IS GOD TIER

This review is for the superb fingerprinting service that was provided by Murphy. As someone with dexterity issues, I always have difficulties with completing the live-scanning process. I feel bad for the professionals who help me with this process since they always have a tough time in getting my fingers to scan correctly. This time was no exception, and the woman who worked with me initially was so reluctant about completing the process that she referred me to Murphy, who she mentioned was more experienced than she is instead. It was a relief for me to work with him since he was very reassuring that I wasn't alone with having this problem, and that his past clients never had to return to repeat the service. Although he had to sacrifice his time in helping me when he had other things to do, he got it done like a boss in a very short span of time. As soon as I got out of USPS, I also got the satisfactory result from the FBI self identification history check, which was dependent on the verification of the fingerprint images. Thanks for your help, Murphy!

Staff is super friendly here. Had my fingerprint done and they were really patient and helpful. They said results in 48 hours and I got mine back in 30 minutes from the FBI. Thank you Katherine!

Let me put my 2 cents in here cause, i LOVE the seldom opportunities of being able to say positives of an establishment and/or its representatives. While I understand and can even agree that many places especially local/state/federal places can have a negative experience potentially attached to it, it doesn't mean they ALWAYS will. So concerning THIS particular post office, (especially being such a busy hub) I am honored and grateful to be able to shoutout two of its employees, Murphy and June. Both Murphy and June are People that engage the public (not always an easy job in any industry) and have my 5 star stamp of approval to the point that I will say the following.

1.)This facility could easily be a flagship training facility and represent how all places should be and...

2.) Sadly, I'm not wealthy but if I ever win a lotto or had a successful business, I would offer them both the chance to fill out their check to bring them on board cause I demand the best and these two exemplify that entirely.

Lastly, I'd say thank you to both and to any others that put their best face on, even if they might not feel like wearing it at the moment. Thank you Murphy and June.

The Postal Workers here are very nice and very well experienced. I have an online business so, I often have last minute orders so, if I have an Express Mail or if I can wait until after 5:00pm to send it with First Class mail then, I much prefer to take my packages over to this office in West Oakland. It might be a little out of the way but, it's open until 8:30pm and always has 3 people working the counter (sometimes 4) so, rarely is there a line (overall, much faster than all other East Bay locations) which is especially great during the holidays! This office decorates during the seasons and they also manage the "Secret Santa" gift program, collecting letters to the North Pole every year. They do such a great job!

I love that this hub is so accessible to us. Everything sent out from here seems to get to its destination faster.
The people are competent, friendly and efficient. They don't rush customers, but will ask that you stand to the side while you complete something in order to help the next customer.

Open til 8:30 PM! Easy parking, never a line and sweet helpful staff. Plus it's the last stop out for outbound mail so your mail will get there faster. Is there anything else you could ask for?

Got the run around from 3 other post offices in the area - they kept cancelling our passport appts last minute, but this facility came through! Yolanda really went to bat for us and we felt like the staff went above and beyond to help us. Thank you!

Excellent service from the workers, they were very kind and friendly, making the shipment was fast, really cheap and in just 3 days it was delivered to its destination
