Excellent customer service with shipping support for USPS, FedEx, DHL. I understand why they don't do UPS since their physical location is on the smaller side. Keep up the amazing work!

Second time I've had an auction win shipped from NorCal to SoCal. Went with Jack London the first time because their estimate came in lowest. This time, I just went directly to them, because the service was so good the first time around. This time, same thing. Great communication, excellent, careful packaging of my auction win, and really quick delivery (via Fedx Ground). Could not be happier with Jack London and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I purchased a couple items from an auction house in the area. Not being local, and needing pack and ship, was given a list of possible vendors....I picked Jack London Mail... They were great to work with.. They picked the items up, packed better than expected, and did it for a reasonable price. Very happy with them and would recommend to others.

Staff is nice & helpful. Shipping and packaging here is super easy. You can print labels and get packaging for a good price. My go to shipping facility. No UPS shipping but they can help you get it ready for UPS drop off.

I use the printer here as I don't need one much but it's nice to have access to a good one. I buy postage here as well as ship packages from here. Very nice people who run the business. I live in Jack London Square (JLS) and this is one of the JLS businesses I frequent.

These guys are great!. Mail service with 24 hour access. Always let you know when packages arrive and are happy to check your box for you if you are expecting a check or whatever. A real lifesaver if you are homeless or travel for work.

I came here to ship an odd assortment of stuff, and the owner was incredibly helpful-he found appropriately sized boxes and packed them for me, then gave me a discount when the FedEx price turned out to be expensive. Highly recommend!
