I bought a galaxy buds pro couldn't connect to my new phone. I went there
ask for help. A lady who works there and other guy name Mason also friendly
helping me download something that
use to connect the Buds just a second
and solved my problem. Didn't charge
me a dime. I was much appreciated their
services and professional support for their customers that I recommended.

I am canceling my service today. Ive been with cricket for far too long. Ive always had problems with THIS store. I have several numbers because i cover some of my friends. This store has destroyed my phones. Destroyed my Sim cards. Forced me to buy new phones and Sim cards. Refused to let me just buy a phone from them. They refused service to me because THEY lied and said my pin was wrong(it worked at a different store same day). Recently I found out they added a line to my account without my knowledge or concent. I'm calling the bbb.

NEVER GO TO THIS STORE! IVE NEVER HAD PROBLEMS AT ANY OTHER CRICKET STORE, OR THE PHONE REPS, OR THEIR WEBSITE!
