Very clean and nicely lit/organized store. Staff is very friendly. I called ahead and they let me pick up a mobile order 30 minutes after they closed so that I could surprise my girlfriend with the item before her marathon. She had a great time and completed her marathon comfortably and in style, and I looked like a good boyfriend all thanks to the amazing staff at this place. Thank you time a thousand

Such an awesome store! Multiple employees helped me find what I was looking for, they were very knowledgeable and welcoming. For the grand opening there was an amazing artist selling her work and they had ice cream from little giant.

As an employee in another state, I'm very proud that Lululemon gave my hometown Oakland a store! It's very beautiful inside, I loved the vibe, and Tiffany and Skylar were truly amazing. Thank you for everything you do for our guests!

nicest Lulu store I ever been. I definetily felt the difference between regular lulu stores in Malls, or the private store. All staffs were super helpful, nice and welcoming with positive atmosphere. And also returned my sale item for the original refund!!! I did mot even expect they will accept it since I only asked for the gift credit if possible (since lulu never accepts the on sale items back). Manager is super helpful and nice too!! I don’t know what experience that other people had it with I always return the items I ordered online, and they always been super helpful, even I forgot the receipts.

5 stars for the staff who work here. I’ll be honest, as a physically disabled person I don’t always feel welcome at Lululemon stores, but I needed a pair of specific pants post knee surgery, so I dedicated to be brave and go in. Fortunately employees here were welcoming and I wasn’t ignored. Everyone was so friendly and one employee made sure I had a place to sit in the dressing room.

I went to the Grand Opening and was very impressed with the overall design of the store. The atmosphere is friendly and colorful with wall to wall fabulous Lululemon merchandise including size 14. Sales associate Kim E. helped me pick out a super cute outfit. She provided excellent customer service and I appreciate the time she spent with me making sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. Big selection with a helpful staff.
I went to get my wife a birthday gift as lululemon would be an easy win but found myself rather lost and not really sure what she’d want. Luckily the staff was quick to assist, walked me through a few things and loaded me up with a couple things that the wife loved.
This shops got a great selection and great customer service. Definitely recommend checking it out

She took the time to listen to my needs and preferences and recommended a cross body bag that perfectly suited my style and needs.

The bag itself is high-quality and stylish, with plenty of pockets and compartments for all my essentials. It's the perfect size for everyday use and fits comfortably across my body. Can't wait to use it at the club or a hike!
