The staff here are always really helpful and kind. I usually place mobile orders and my food is always ready super quick and is nice and fresh.

My daughter had her first happy meal ever last week and the experience couldn't have been better. The cashier (I wish I got her name - she had an injured arm) was amazing. She was so kind to my daughter and came to our table to check on us and chat. She was the best.

This is a good McDonald's. My regular. The staff is the best.

So we pull up and it takes a good 15 minutes for us to get through the line no one in the pull up spaces no one inside what was the hold up ? Then we do not get ice then no sauce like really.

A busy restaurant, short staffed but once a cashier came back from lunch they were rather efficient.

Food came out hot coffee fresh great for me and my son

I am a frequent customer to a lot of different McDonald’s restaurants, ranging from the west side of Cleveland to the far east side of Cleveland and a good many locations between Cleveland and Canton and locations between Cleveland and into Pennsylvania.

This location is probably my favorite and is staffed by professional and friendly staff. I interact with them some times on a daily basis. Morning and evening.

A special shout out to Amanda, the general manager who always has a smile and takes customer service to a new level. Berryle who is a newly appointed manager is also very personable and always had a friendly disposition and works hard to deliver a great customer experience. Thanks to some of the other staff who’s names I don’t know.

I must say. I think this place must serve the best, most fresh sandwiches I've ever had. My bagel today was so perfect I had to take a second look at it.

The ice cream machine is awesome when it's working. Ha. Staff is decent and cant really complain about wait times. The double ordering lanes helps a bunch, just wish they would assign one for small orders like they do for supermarkets with "Express lanes".

Im visiting Cleveland for business and went through the drive through at 27322 Lorain Rd North Olmsted Ohio with an incredible experience compared to all the McDonnalds I go to around the Chicago Land area and Delavan Wisconsin. The drive through was fast friendly and efficient. The food was exceptional. Often for breakfast i order the same coffee and breakfast burritos. The person making the burritos should be recognized for an outstanding job. They were filled and rolled as shown in ads. Often i experience at other places the burritos are half full, pre made and microwaved warmed with the roll nearly falling apart in the bag. I ate at the lorraine location on 10/23 and 10/24 with envy for the people that live near by. The manager and entire staff at the Loraine location are setting the standard of what McDonnalds used to be and should be going forward. They deserve more than just appraisals.
You have no idea how bad my home town McDonnalds is in Delavan Wi. I recently wrote a review of my last experience there and will never associate with the McDonnalds or employees there again. The Loraine location redeemed some of my faith in the McDonnalds corporation. I cant find enough words of appraisals. EXCEPTIONAL!

Whoever was cooking the fries on Friday 1/28 at around 830pm is a straight BEAST!!!!!!! The were by far the most crispiest and golden fries I’ve ever had from McDonald’s in my whole life!!! I mean they were so crispy I wish they had an extra large size. Give that person a raise ASAP!!!!!!

Several tables not wiped. With germs being more prevalent this time of year, I feel sanitizing tables is important!

Service was great and the food was delicious

I love keleigh she’s the best i Had a issue the other day what’s a huge order amazing woman very kind and friendly also professional. On another adult I was surprised how rude the manager named MIA Very rude and disrespectful especially considering I spent about $80 the other day for my workers someone should takeoff that shirt off of her and give it to Keleigh .

It's an extremely busy store and I have to give them credit cause they always try hard to get things right and if they don't they will make it up to you.

Whoever was handing out food at the window on 9/26/22 at around 4:15pm gave me a McDonald's experience only comparable to a movie. Bless you ma'am.

Best McDonald’s around! Drivethru is extremely fast and efficient. Employees are very friendly & get orders correct each time plus they tell you if there is a better deal that will save you $. Food is always hot and fresh.

Went for breakfast this morning. Extremely nice cashier and the person that took my order was very nice and friendly. Food was hot! Way better than the Westlake McDonald's on Detroit Road worth the extra 5 to 10 minute drive
