Panera Bread

I ordered off the panera app and my driver unfortunately forgot my 1/2 gallon on tea we ordered. I called asking about how to get a refund, but they were slow enough that hour they had someone drive my forgotten half gallon to me! As I'm sick, I really appreciated this gesture and the food is always good. Thank you again.

Got in town late and got to the Restaurant shortly before closing. The staff was not upset and quickly prepared my order. Food was good and fresh. Thank you!!!!

The new Asian chicken salad was delicious. Will definitely order this salad again. Aldo got broccoli soup and it was as good as always.

One of my favorite places to eat! My favorite is their broccoli & cheddar soup & tuna sandwich! Everything is fresh! They even have bread bowls. The dining area is nice & clean. The employees are nice and the wait isn’t too long.

Quiet place to relax and talk with someone without shouting. Food is excellent quality and always delicious. Bakery choices are plentiful and can be enjoyed as part of your meal or as a "to go" item. Seasonal inside/outside option to sit as well as their fireplace inside. Booths, tables, or cozy chairs. Even a room for meetings. Service is prompt and the workers are friendly and helpful. They have to go options as well as delivery service.👍👍👍

Panera is always good. Saw an employee interacting with an older gentleman and she was patient and sincere.

Update. Tried the flat bread pizza- let's say it was comparable to speedways pizza. Don't waste your money. Instead go get pizza from a pizza place and save yourself the trouble.

We ordered several soups etc, to last the week. Even after spending a couple of days in the fridge they were very tasty!

They were short staffed like most establishment how ever the young lady that took my order went above and beyond to give excellent service and assist me. we just went for beverages and I had a bagel. We sat on the patio.

Store was clean, staff was super friendly and food was delicious!

Went there for a Bible study had a bagel and cream cheese and some soup it was fabulous I need to start going back to Panera's!!!

The Middle Ridge Panera replaced salads we had bought at another Panera at no charge and with no fuss. Putting aside the fact that the other Panera had not fully defrosted the chicken, the salads made at the Middle Ridge Plaza location were better and fresher in general.

Panera always has excellent food at any location I have gone to. The workers there were all very helpful. And the ambiance still is good in spite of being somewhat aged.

Panera was very nice and let us meet with my daughter's Make A Wish volunteers there in a VIP room and donated pastries and coffee. They also donate a lot of their day old pastries and breads to charity.

Fun and clean environment! My four year old and I were there for just under4 hours enjoying ourselves. Walked out with a gumball machine for the little one and a quite night for me!! Cant wait to go again

Love this place. Great asiago cheese bagels. Great Bear claws. well those are two of my favorite but there's a lot more on the menu!
