Que hermoso coffee shop! What an awesome coffee shop. As Latinos, we felt so welcomed from their coffee menu, pastries and the music playing- my morning cafecito with the best Spanish jams, yes please. We grabbed the cafe con leche and the guava + cheese pastry - SO GOOD. We’re taking empanadas to go. Come by for the vibes, good coffee and stunning coffee shop. Downtown Oakland needed this place. More than just great coffee. Their breakfast burrito is the best I've ever had anywhere. They even saved my hat for me and put my name on it from when I was there 3 weeks ago. This place is truly a downtown Oakland gem.

Good for 2 people to come and chat, but limited seating. Great pastry offerings and fun drinks. I got a coquito iced coffee with coconut cream and it was very tasty.

This place is quickly becoming my new favorite place. The drinks are tasty and remind me of home - if you like coconut, you'll love the coquito latte. The pastries are also delicious. There is limited seating, so this place is best for picking up/taking out food and drinks. Quick service, cute decor, and friendly baristas. This Latine-owned coffee shop hits all the marks!

Taylor hooked it up! I couldn't decide between the Mexican Mocha or the Coquito Iced Coffee so she offered to give me both!

I loooooved the fun, flirty humor so early in the morning and I told her she needs to put a sign in the window about these rim jobs….

I got my drank and it had a rim job made with the Mexican chocolate that was drizzled on the inside of the cup + filled with the delicious Coquito Iced Coffee. The whip cream was so light and I enjoyed eating the whip cream topped with coconut shavings. The whole concoction was just an absolute delight and I just wanna share it with the world.

I love coconut and I’m from Tampa Bay, Florida and have many friends from Puerto Rico, so the Coquito Iced Coffee feels like love and home. If they start making Cuban sandwiches I don’t know what I’ll do cause I live 4 hours away from the bay…

My coworker told me to check this place out because he said everything he’s had so far from here has been tasty. I decided to check it out for myself an I don’t think I’ve had coffee anywhere better than this place. I love their horchata iced coffee, coquito iced coffee, and dark chocolate mocha. Not only is their coffee delicious but the food is to die for. The bacon toast, chorizo breakfast burrito and their empanadas are soooo good !!! Sometimes the Oakland location does not have empanadas so you will have to go to the San Leandro location.

Really lovely creative flavors of coffee like Horchata, Coquito, Mexico mocha, Banana Cream pie. They also serve delicious food. I like the Elote toast and Aregentina empanadas.

Stumbled upon this place during a conference. Had café con leche both times; it was perfection. The service also hit the perfect note. Took a churro croissant to go, which I had the next day. It was still delicious. There is no reason to give this place less than a five-star review. Expand to Sacramento, please!

I had a tasty egg toast here. The spot was clean and well-lit, and even though there was a long line and they were understaffed, I received friendly, personable customer service which I REALLY appreciate. Will visit again!

I live a few blocks away and there are a lot of really good coffee shops in the area BUT I love when I walk into a spot and am immediately blown away. The décor is very nice and the service is top notch!

I've only had the cold brew but it was fantastic and their menu is pretty unique and I can't wait to try it all!

The real winner here though, is the pastries. Once again, they have things here you can't find elsewhere in Oakland but somehow are just as delicious as anything you would find outside Oakland. Try the Guava and Cheese Pastelito because, it'll transport you to some amazing dreamland. I'm eating one right now if you can't tell.

Great coffee shop. I had the horchata iced coffee and my wife had the matcha latte, they did not disappoint! I highly recommend this place.

I’m in LOVE 😍🤤 let’s start with the cleverness of the name! Brewja 😂😂 just brilliant… then you enter and are greeted by the kindest staff, the vibe is immaculate, and the food/drinks!!!! 😚🤌🏽 the horchata coffee is DELICIOUS, the pastries both sweet and savory and DELICIOSO.. I just can’t wait to come back. 150/10 recommend

I LOVE this coffee spot. Their "Cafe con Leche" is amazing and their staff is always very warm and welcoming.

I tried their potato and cheese empanada for the first time today and I don't know why I hadn't done so sooner. It was so good and the chimichurri on the side brought it all together nicely.

This location opened across the street from where I work and my whole organization has been raving about it. I’ve gone a few times and have tried (matcha, coquito latte, pumpkin bread, avocado toast) a handful of menu items. Everything has been really good. It’s a small but cute spot in downtown with a variety of drink, snack, and lunch options- as well as some nice merch.

I love fun, unique coffee drinks so I’m looking forward to trying more.

Feel lucky that this was my first stop upon visiting Oakland, wonderful and unique menu, great drinks (the coquito coffee is amazing), and everyone was super friendly. The food looks wildly good too. Stellar

The espresso, tea & oatmeal/chocolate chip cookie were excellent. These were only surpassed by the cheerful and friendly service we received. We will be back when in town

One of the best mocha lattes I’ve had. Must visit and have a couple of their drinks, because you can’t have just one, too good!
