New favorite ice cream place, we got the honeydew ice cream and the Boy Scouts ice cream. 10/10 flavor & presentation. And the customer service was AMAZING!!!

Cafe Joie serves up delicious freshly rolled ice cream covered in meticulously placed toppings. Each dish is a masterpiece made with great care and thought. The owner is very pleasant and will gladly answer any questions and explain why their process is special and fresh. Cafe Joie is well worth a visit.

It was my first time here today and it was lovely. The owner and whom I believe was his son prepared our ice-cream. They were sweet and professional. My boyfriend and I purchased Honey Dew & Berry Good Time. They’re both so delicious, I can’t recommend it enough. I’ll definitely return in the future.

Delicious hand rolled ice cream. The quality is amazing and the owners are super nice.

My favorite flavours are taro (purple haze), honey dew (honey dew you love me) and cereal milk (the breakfast club). All the ice cream is made in house and the coffee is to die for!

First time at this place and definitely not my last! The customer service was amazing! The place was clean and had a parking lot near by as well as street parking. The ice cream was made with love and care. They also serve coffee and tea here. I recommend the matcha ice cream rolls! I do, however, recommend they come up with kids size servings. Will come back again!

Love that there is rolled ice cream in the area. I tried the cookies & cream and coconut flavors (also couldn’t help getting a Yuzu spritzer). Definitely will come back to try more flavors!

Came here with my family over the summer and the rolled ice cream was phenomenal. The owner was very friendly and spent time talking with my husband while my kids enjoyed themselves. Can't wait to go back! The coffee I got was great too.

I’m obsessed with this place! My friends and I were dying for some ice cream at like 9 at night. We stumbled across it because nothing else was open. When I tell you it is the cutest place I have ever seen. The people are sweet and the ice cream is delicious! I love the names of the ice creams too! I will definitely be back!!

What a cool business! We stopped by to try their ice cream after a car show downtown. The quality of the ice cream was totally worth the wait, and it was very cool to watch it being made. Definitely will be going there again!

We decided to try Cafe Joie today and were certainly not disappointed. In fact we were overwhelmed by the "rolled ice cream", coffee/tea varieties, and hot chocolate. The owner, Chris, assured us that his business is still expanding with new ice cream flavors, but the current menu is filled with delicious, freshly rolled ice cream. We tried the "Mint for Each Other", "Y.O.L.O.", and "Berry Good Time". All were freshly made as we waited (the rolling process takes a few minutes but it's worth the wait). We look forward to having a new local business and highly recommend you give it a try.

I've been wanting to try rolled ice cream for the longest time.. This was the perfect place for my first experience! I had great conversations while I was there & was very happy for my first bite (sad for my last bite). Delicious! I'll definitely be back to try other flavors. I had vanilla with peanut butter cups & whipped cream!

Ice cream options were phenomenal and unique. Customer service was beyond friendly with a comfortable calm- environment! We love the ice cream and would love to come here again! Thank you!

Amazing little ice cream/coffee shop. I had the Mint 4 Each Other and a Mocha coffee. The ice cream was hand crafted and looked almost too good to eat. The Mocha coffee was delicious. Highly recommended!

My First time and it was absolutely amazing. Great Customer service, delicious strawberry rolled ice cream and extremely clean place. I will definitely stop by again soon.

I love this place and am so happy when I have time to visit it. The store is bright and cozy, the coffee, spritzers, and ice cream are great, the service is lovely. The music is piano! Wonderful store.

My visit to Cafe Joie with my family was great. It was my first time getting rolled ice cream; very cool presentation and great flavors! My family and I sat on the couch in the bay window and shared a ‘YOLO’ and a ‘Berry Good Time’. We enjoyed ourselves looking out at the river and all the businesses on Main and East Main St. I would highly recommend making this a go to ice cream shop. You should plan on your visit taking a little longer than an ordinary ice cream shop, though. They aren’t scooping pre-made ice cream out of tubs. They make your ice cream by hand as you order it.
