Cocoa Club by Pollinator Chocolate

This place is absolutely worth checking out. I was visiting the hot springs over in Glenwood and was looking for a little snack when I stumbled upon this place. Fun, delicious single origin chocolate and delicious bon bons, hot chocolate and coffee drinks.

I'm looking for a coffee shop, and I find this nice place. Great and made chocolate , different tipe of chocolate % , bon bons , bars, and much more. Good coffee.
Very nice and interesting flavors. Really like it , I got 4 boxes to go. All my friends love it .

This is such a magical gem in Carbondale. The coffee is amazing and the chocolate is decadent. Mark the owner is really kind and you can tell immediately that he absolutely loves what he does. The chocolate is almost too beautiful to eat.

The Cocoa Club is a charming little spot for coffee drinks & chocolate in Carbondale, just past the Co-Op. They are still expanding their menu, but so far it looks promising with wi-fi and seating!

Everything was absolutely delicious and the service was amongst the best I’ve received in Carbondale.
We bought the fig balsamic & orange hazelnut bon bon along with the cardamom rose late.
This spontaneous stop in turned into a delightful celebration of sights and flavors.

The chocolate bonbons are out of this world!! We got the Thai Iced Tea, Mango Coconut Lemongrass, and Balsamic Fig. The Thai Iced Tea and Mango Coconut Lemongrass were unbelievable — literally I think it was the best fancy chocolates I’ve ever had. Highly highly recommend!

Omg! Fabulous cafe with the most exquisite chocolate delights. Bon bons are almost too beautiful to eat but amazingly delicious when you do. Staff is lovely, cocoa delicious, and chocolate to die for. If you’re visiting Carbondale or driving to Aspen the Cocoa club is a must visit.

Tried the espresso, chai, and some bonbons. All great! Responsibly sourced coffee and chocolate that also tastes amazing 👌

Been a fan of Pollinator Chocolate bars and went to visit the Cocoa Club today. What a hip little place! The vibe is feeling a sophisticated kind of casual. There's a long window to see the chocolate making 'lab' ;) with a long bar top across. I tried the Balsamic and Fig Chocolate Bonbon and a Hot Chocolate, YUM! Looking forward to coming back with a friend to nibble on another with a glass of red. Thanks for the lovely treat!

Great stop for chocolates, dessert, a quiet work place with WiFi. This is exactly what Carbondale needs: unique, locally owned, high quality. Do yourself a favor and stop in for a quick treat or a grab a gift for a loved one.

THE PLACE for single source chocolate made in house. Using beans from astounds the world this is a true cocoa lovers shop.
Sit and sip the amazing hot cocoa and take the gourmet bars home. They also would make great gifts!

The best espresso and hot chocolate I’ve had in a long while. So appreciate that they serve espresso in the late afternoon. Go immediately, enjoy the lovely space, and eat some bon bons.

The barista was very kind and the coffee was very a reasonable price. Definitely a place to go for a great coffee and good vibes.
