Fitzgerald Cadillac of Annapolis

As always, a great experience with Fitzgerald Cadillac in Annapolis! Got an appointment quickly, my loaner car was ready and waiting when I arrived, had my car back to me within a couple days! They are always so efficient and truly respect a customer's time! Highly recommend this dealership!

David Alexander was my service advisor and I cannot praise him enough. Consummate professional, responsive, thorough, and honest.

I was completely sold on Fitzgerald's service when Mr. Alexander texted me a link to a real-time video of the mechanic taking me through his findings regarding the issues with my vehicle. To see with my own eyes the origin of the problem and how it caused a domino effect to create other issues proved the mechanic's accuracy.

I was immediately impressed by how quickly Mr. Alexander responded to me when my car was towed to the dealership to the time I picked up the vehicle. Fitzgerald is exceptional!

Made an 8:00 am appointment, however that didn’t seem to matter as service department took oil change walk-ins ahead of me (I was told this by the service dept). My car ended up staying there an additional day. Why make an appointment if walks-ins are going to go ahead of you? I called manager to vent my frustrations and he said they were short on techs and busy (more the reason to make an appointment and turn away walk-ins). In the end Fitz came through and fixed the issue. I did notice a dent in the sill protector (looks like a tool was dropped on it). It was not there when the car came in. I should add that this car had less than 700 miles on it and was 3 weeks old. FOLLOW UP: shortly after posting this review, I was contacted by Fitzgerald, who then put me in touch with Matt (Service Director). The dented sill is on order. I’m impressed that someone still takes customer service seriously. Thank You Fitzgerald. You made it right!

I was pleased at how well Fitzgerald Cadillac Annapolis Service department accommodated my needs. They listened to my concerns, kept me apprised of the work that needed to be done and provided me options with no pressure. Overall they were very efficient with great customer service as well! David was awesome !!! ALOT of dealerships will "find" something that needs to be fixed on top of what you actually came in .. some true , some not but ; the techs didn't do that to me and I was actually expecting a long list of "to-do's" for my vechile . They also was able to take my car in a reasonable time unlike the other dealerships- some had next avaliable appt in freaking August!!! The ONLY thing I recommend is , for the service line when you drop your car off and THAN you have to walk AROUND the gate to drop your key off... there isn't any sign on that service door pointing which way to go. I dang near walked around the whole building! Also, a spot for a pen that hangs in a string could be handy! Other than that, service , price and location ( for me) was awesome. I am so happy I found a "dealership" that diagnosis chevy vechiles !! The other car shops are there for convenience and don't get me wrong, they are good people and good service , but sometimes it can get a tiny bit more expensive. I'll definitely be taken my vechile to Fitz moving forward. I just feel better with my car at a dealership ( <

Was very happy to know it was some where to take my truck in Annapolis for service. I were very pleased with service from Kenny Burger/Fitzgerald of Annapolis. Ken pen point the issue with my H3, Quick service. Will be taking it back for service if needed. Thanks again Ken🙂

Fitzgerald Cadillac has really stepped there game up from my previous visits a few years ago. From the loaner car process to ordering of parts and repair it was a fast and efficient experience. Even received the vehicle back clean, which was brought in with salt and road spray from a recent snowstorm. Excellent service really impressed. Please stay this course I will definitely spread the news…

Tice was very easy to work with. Conner in financing was quick and very pleasant. We had a great experience. This is our second car from here. The first one we bought 4 years ago for my other son from Conner! It is still going strong.

I am pleased with the Fitzgerald Cadillac dealership (Annapolis) customer service and support. I was able to schedule a service and obtain an appointment on the same day or next day that worked with my schedule. The assigned service technician Kenny Burger was awesome and even provided me a military discount and a car wash rain check ticket. This made my Saturday morning along with the countless snacks within the waiting room :-). Kudos to Fitzgerald!
