Brown Cup Cafe & Lounge

Brown Cup is the undiscovered gem of North Oceanside; with an unpretentious, welcoming, very cozy atmosphere. We were so comfy chatting and eating our fresh banana bread on the sofa we spent four hours there!
Came in on a weekday morning for a coffee date with a friend. I've walked past here many times but never been in. I will be a regular now! ;) Oh, and that banana bread? Made on site, sliced to order. The best banana bread I have ever eaten. EVER. The snickerdoodle latte was a treat- well crafted and very tasty, not too sweet. Five stars!

Randomly walked into this cafe and the staff was so kind! Vilai was so sweet and welcoming! The food was fresh and hot and made quickly. The couches aren’t perfect which make it feel more at home and inviting. 10/10

Brown Cup Cafe is an amazing gem that has the best Chai Latte in Oceanside hands down! Coupled with the Build You Own Breakfast sandwich and this spot is a win WIN for dine-in or grab & go.

A great chill atmosphere. Definitely a place to meet up with a friend or hang out with a small group. The food is good and the drinks are on point. Friendly staff service all around. The place is a good spot to study or enjoy a small conversation over great Coffee.

This place was wonderful and the coffee here was great. The atmosphere of this coffee shop was very nice and laid back. The employees were very kind and helpful. I had the southwest panini and it was wonderful! I would highly recommend coming here and trying it out. I will be coming back here in the future multiple times for sure. Honestly a wonderful place and experience.

Loved this place! Refreshing to find a coffee shop that’s not pretentious or overpriced. Such a nice relaxing atmosphere. The staff was so kind and the breakfast was great. I got the oatmeal with fruit and my husband got the breakfast sandwich

Pretty cool little place here. Needed something to drink really quick and from when I lived here I don't recall this place so I decided to check ut out. The place is Quant and cozy. Owner is very nice and helpful. They do have some CBD infused teas here, so if that is what you are looking for this us the place to hit. Service was quick and the locals seemed to frequent here. Nice little coffee shop

Great friendly owners and they make everything with lot of care and love. Lot of food options. I went their at odd hour so I ordered Chai Latte without sugar, it was just perfect what I was looking for. The place is extremely well maintained and lot of different seating arrangements. Plenty of street parking.

I had a cup of coffee and oatmeal. Perfect! Give them a try!

I ordered online and they had my order wrong. I didn't notice until I was back on the road to San Diego.The owner called me twice and felt so bad that she gave me the wrong sandwich. She refunded my card &
kept apologizing. Great customer service!

Great spot to relax, and have a good breakfast. This is one of the few cafes/restaurants that open early on a weekend. I always order the Thai tea, always consistent flavor and sweetness. Today I had the avocado toast, ingredients are fresh. This was the perfect breakfast combo. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend.

not only is the coffee good and the food delicious and the seating comfortable with plenty of space to study, read, play chess or draw and sketch, but the owners and the same regular faces everyday make this place feel more like home than just any old cafe. if you want a calm and tranquil atmosphere rather than the typical hustle and bustle of downtown oceanside, this is your place.

As I come here often with my girlfriend Ana to download my YouTube videos enjoy a pataya smoothie and sit on the most comfy as leather as couches out there the music is very calming and the environment is very inviting for I have views of Palm trees with the wind blowing as the breeze and star theater classic and Oceanside for this restaurant is this classic as can be

Super comfy and reasonably price cafe. Feels like the coffee shop from Friends. Will definitely come and work remotely from here one day.

The atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming and Mr Raj and his wife r v accommodating.

Really cute & spacious place with good outlets & spots to work read or hang out. Pretty good menu and all the staff are real friendly, wifi is solid and the place is clean - I'll be back :)
