Saltgrass Steak House

Celebrated my spouse's birthday. We had a delicious steak, crab cake, fried chicken with gravy and kids BBQ ribs. Perfect, balanced flavor and definitely have to try tortilla soup.

We ate at The Saltgrass Steakhouse last night. 3 of us had steak, my wife had the Salmon. I had the Brussels sprouts with my Ribeye and they were very flavorful.
It was all delicious. Their special bread was a big hit, and the fried mushrooms appetizer were good too. Oh I had the Blue Cheese butter on my steak, added good flavor.
It’s not a cheap night out for 4 people, but the food quality is a good value. It was my son’s birthday dinner, so had to splurge a little.

We go every year for my birthday and it is always good. Pork chops are great. Sweet potatoe as well.

After moving to McKinney, we quickly became regulars here.

Lunch hour was always a bit busy, good for business. Sat at the bar during wait. Bartender made me a yummy Mojito using vodka as requested. Thank you.

My lunch order of Sirloin was perfectly cooked to medium rare. Side Caesar Salad was fresh and crispy. Husband was happy to see Tenderloin Tips back on menu which was previously taken off from Plano Saltgrass. He thoroughly enjoyed it.

Consistent good food and great service. There's nothing not to like.

Service and food quality still at high level. I'd just had the best pork chop and side brussel sprouts today. Highly recommend.

Just had dinner at McKinney Salt grass. The food was very good but I have to compliment the exceptional service. Alex was my server. Alex had been bartender in past visits. She was amazing at the bar. Now she has moved to table service. I could not have had a better experience. if you are planning on dinning at Salt grass, I highly suggest you request Alex for service.

I eat at Saltgrass’s when I’m traveling for work, so I mean Dallas Austin San Antonio Lubbock Houston Sugar Land College Station Plano.

This location had a great vibe from the wait staff. They worked as a team and just made sure we all had our food and drinks we wanted in a timely way ! Saltgrass is always a great steak or any of their menu items !

With our family, we are not big fans of going out to eat since we rarely find a place that we like, and when we do we always go back to the same place. Tonight we decided to try Saltgrass and led me tell you that we do t regret it. The food is amazing and even if you are full you will want to keep eating. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, you can eat and talk with your family and friends and feel completely at ease. The best part though is definitely the service. Our waitress was Courtney and she is one of the kindest people you can ever meet. She did everything she could to help us while still joking with us. She never rushed us and was always respectful and helpful. We will definitely be back and we hope to see her again.

Everything about lunch today was superb. Corey's service is really the highlight of the visit. Talk about service with a smile! He was very professional, attentive, and could tell he knew how to manage his tables. Corey was on top of everything! Probably the best service in the restaurant business I've ever had! Oh yeah, the food was good too lol.

Great service, great food, lunch prices were very reasonable, will definitely be back. Highly recommend the ribs and chicken fried steak

Our server Samantha was awesome. She was really cheerful & really helpful. She was very attentive & polite. She checked on us & made sure everything was going pk with both our meal & experience. I just love her attitude on the job.
Our meals were mouthwatering GOOD! Hats off to the chef.

We had made reservations so there was no wait, but there was also no one waiting for a seat when we got there. It was a rainy Friday night, so maybe that's why. The food, drinks, atmosphere, and wait staff were all amazing. I definitely recommend coming here for good food!

Decided on Saltgrass for dinner with my son and his GF. We haven't been there in a while and last few times it was just mediocre. Today was great thou. We all ordered steaks which were great. Our server was very polite and attentive so will definitely go back in near future since it appears they have gotten out of the slump that went on for a while.

Three of us came for dinner and all ordered the rib eye, the steak was great and the service staff was very kind. Special mention, today we were served by Lauren. Her friendly service made our dinner a wonderful memory.

Food was excellent! Loved the atmosphere of the restaurant. Our waiter, Gabe, provided excellent service and made sure all of our beverages stayed filled. He was professional yet very easy going. Our food came out hot and tasted fresh. definitely would recommend and will be coming back!

I visited Saltgrass for dinner with my family on the recommendation of several locals, and we had a superb experience! The food was excellent (my steak cooked exactly as I requested), and our server, Parker, was attentive, congenial, super fun to talk to, and provided us with a phenomenal evening. If we're ever in Texas again, we'll be back.

We was celebrating an 88 Birthday party today. And it was around 30 to 32 in our group today Chelsea was our server today @ the Colony location. She was amazing very knowledgeable about everything on the menu. Very friendly and gave us all outstanding guest. Kudos go out to her.

I took my lovely wife there tonight for Valentine‘s dinner. We’ve eaten at this saltgrass dozens of times usually with our 4 kids, and today was like the past, the food was amazing! And the service was over the top. Saltgrass knows how to cook great food while serving 100’s of people at once. We love this restaurant. We just want to say to everyone that makes it happen, great job! We highly recommend!

We decided to come in town for date night and haven't been to Saltgrass in a while. What a great choice we made. This was excellent from the time we walked in until the time we left. Food was great and what can I say but our waiter Parker as well as other staff members that helped throughout the process were five star. What a great team and environment. Thanks for taking such good care of us. PS: Parker I will get the cheesecake next time.
