AT&T Store

My family and I just upgraded our phones. Dakstone and Kenn helped us with all of our questions and got everything done in a timely manner! They were also very patient when answering all of our questions as well!

Wow. I walked out of T-Mobile on 380. I've been with T-mobile for nearly 2 years. I'd bought an iPhone and greatly disliked it. I went into mobile today to switch back to a Galaxy. The man who helped me was so horrible, I just walked out the door, leaving them a bad review on my way out.

I searched for the closest AT&T store on Google Maps and went to the Central Expy location in McKinnney. Juan welcomed me and helped me with such professionalism and courtesy. He was comfortable with all the products and had a thorough understanding of each unit, and conveyed them to me in terms that I could relate to.

I chose my phone. He took the ball from there and had me set up and going in a short period of time. I got the newest and beat Samsung out, which is exactly what I wanted. It was such a pleasant experience. I even signed up for home internwt, too. He pointed out the great value to cost benefit, which was difficult to turn down.

I am so glad not to be with T Mobile anymore and back home with tried and tried AT&T.

They know how to do business and know that customer relations are still valued. Priceless, actually.

Calvin at AT&T McKinney facilitated my upgrade with extreme efficiency and professionalism. He was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and overall provided a level of customer service I have never had the pleasure of experiencing from a customer service team member. I cannot recommend this employee enough; he was incredible.

Calvin and Ronell made our phone upgrade experience so fast and enjoyable. They valued our time and helped us find the best phones and plans for our needs. We will be back!

The moment from entering and getting a warm welcome to the end when saying good by and thank you's, Calvin made this all happen here. Do not go anywhere else in McKinney for your AT and T needs. Ask for Calvin and get a world class treatment!

Switching my plan from Verizon. Ronell was amazing and joeskar was helpful too. They made sure to take the time to apply a complicated promotion. Grateful!

I went in on behalf of my mom so that they could review our account as it seemed we were paying more than we should. The employees were already helping other people once I walked in and there was another person also waiting. I didn't have to wait long until I was assisted, which is always a plus! I was assisted by Jacob and he quickly identified why. He got it fixed very quickly and helped me figure out a couple of other questions we had. He was friendly and knowledgeable about what I was needing assistance with! Thankfully, I live near this location and will definitely return back!

Jumped on a five line deal yesterday and got this Apple Watch SE that has its own number for “free” via First net; an initiative for people who are first responders. Well, I pay $10 on it a month for 36 months so not so free but a good deal regardless I guess.

I am so happy that I found this AT&T store in McKinney. I was greeted not only by one employee but 3 amazing employees Josh, La Sandra and Joseph. They resolved all my issues and I am from Commerce Tx and I will definitely be coming to the McKinney store if I have any other issues! Thanks for having great employees!

Best manager ever!! Sunshine is great also...11/7/21 I want to add to my previous brief review. Manav Patel is excellent at ALL aspects of being a manager... knowledge, customer service and most importantly FOLLOW THROUGH!!! Even after the sale and you have left the store... Manav still takes care of their customers.

I have always had a great experience in this branch. This time was no exception. Nathaniel was knowledgeable and very personable. He made swapping phones very simple and completed everything very quickly. All in all a very pleasant experience. Excellent customer service from Nathaniel and his colleagues.Thank you all.

Manav P. was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer questions and explained not only new phone options but also the process of transferring information from old phone. I appreciated that there was no high pressure sales pitch or feeling rushed through the sales process. This is the store at 2110 Eldorado Pkwy. in McKinney. Customer service seems rare these days in most retail establishments. Therefore, this level of customer service was truly appreciated. 👌

This was easily the most pleasant AT&T experience I’ve ever had - honestly maybe even in the top 5 for any kind of customer service encounter ever! The manager, Nathaniel and the other worker Manav were so friendly and helpful! Not to mention I was undecided between two versions of the iPhone and they helped me get to a decision that was driven by functionality for me instead of them just making more money (as I chose the less expensive option). Highly recommend this location- you won’t be disappointed!

2 weeks ago I came in to have my grandson's phone changed over from T Mobile to AT&T. There were some serious issues withvhim chamging it over but not from T Mobile but AT&T customer arvice over the phone. The level of frustration I experienced with the people on the phone was astounding. They wanted to charge me twice for porting my number over once. I was about to quit the process and stay wit T Mobile, leaving AT&T with $80.00 for a port that was never done. If it wasn't for Joe, LaSandra and Calvin Ibwould have had nothing good to say about the experience. Never have I experienced a staff work so hard to correct the problem. They all stayed past their shift to make sure the problem was rectified. I thank them because if not for their professionalism and willingness to solve the problem, I would have never ever used AT&T for anything. Thanks for all your help guys.

Roger was the absolute best. His customer service was superior. Although the volume of customers in the store at a given time was at least five or more he managed every single customer needs. He greeted all customers with the same demeanor and provided the same level of service. He made suggestions for my needs and was patient in explaining what concerns I expressed.

Manav is amazing!! I am NOT tech savvy, and I was so afraid to upgrade my phone and exchange all of my data. I walked into the Eldorado location, he greeted me, answered all of my questions, and explained everything in detail! I felt so secure to make the switch! Incredible customer service. Thank u!

Amazing Staff and service, as soon as you walk in you are made feel welcomed. Manav hooked me up with some great accessories for my new IPhone 12. Will definitely be coming back here when I need help with my phone or my account. Highly recommend it!!

Great location! Clean store! I needed to add my sister to my plan. So I was looking to add new line and phone to my account. Manav P was so helpful. He made the experience simple, quick and shared some great tips with me. He also helped me save money on my monthly bill! He was professional, friendly and knowledgable.
