Very clean and organized. I stopped for a PS4 power cord, and the team member knew exactly which would work for my particular console. Even though it was busy and he was the only person working, he transitioned from customer to customer seamlessly. Being new to the area, I will definitely be visiting again.

Exceptional staff & competitive prices! I wasn't sure if I wanted to leave the house after getting home from work. It was cyber Monday after all. I shopped around online for games for The Switch that my son wanted for Christmas. The funny thing was that Gamer Stop had the games for $2 less at their regular price than the popular online sites had theirs on sale for. The staff alone is worth going in the store for.

Nice and spacious gamestop. Very personable staff. This and the other two gamestop's nearby (mckinney/allen) are all in the same calibre. Something for everyone here, i recommend coming to one of these locations versus some others around. I live 20 miles north of here and well worth the added miles for my own convenience.

Just had an awesome experience with this store. The man who was working was extremely nice, and I could tell he enjoys working there. The entire encounter was positive and we had a small conversation about a game we both enjoy. Adds that personal touch that brings gamers together. Visit this gamestop!

I’ve been to this GameStop a couple years ago and had the same great experience as the time prior. The lady was super informative, very polite, and extremely customer driven. It’s always a treat to see what things they have stocked and see if I can find any hidden gems.

The person working there was very helpful, not too many options for XBox 360 but we knew we may have too many options for it anyway.

I was shopping for a PS5 for my son since he’s been asking for 1 and it’s been 2 years since it released. I went to the store and I was kindly greeted by the store staff, and I called earlier to ask if they had a PS5 in stock (Yes) and what deals they have. This GameStop had a Plain Disk Addition but the staff said “It’s our policy to add an extra controller” (2 controllers) and I was fine with that because I wanted to try playing on the PS5 so I got it and it was $590 with tax and with an extra controller. The store staff was nice enough to give a discount for the extra controller since it wasn’t what they wanted to make the policy to add an extra controller it was the manager or someone. I was satisfied with my purchase and will come here again.

Nice location. The people are all nice and helpful. They have been able to give good advice so I can make a better choice and not waste my money. Like that the staff is helpful and polite.

Good service and nice people

I'd like to shout out to the two wonderful gentleman staff members, Josiah and Jackson, they've shown me what an exemplary customer service is like. During my two visits there, they went the extra miles, helped and honored my requests. That's a five star to me.

The worker was very helpful he told me his personal preferences and the quality of the headset That I purchased he also told me what to look for. Over all it was a good experience.

Dustin is amazing. He has helped me get two Xbox Elite Controllers (Series 2) all while handling 10 phone calls and other customers, very professionally. I also work retail, and respect that dudes work ethic and customer service. It deserves a 5 star review. Good stuff. Thank you again.

Very knowledgable and helpful staff

Well GameStop I've never been there before but my grandson he wanted to go his dad gave him a birthday card to get a game and the lady that was there when we came she really kept offering help and my grandson set not yet but she was very helpful and she protected him because he had a game that he shouldn't have been looking at it was supposed to be with parental supervision and I said no no no no no he can't get this one so I liked that she didn't just look for our money she also was aware and she made us aware that he needed some guidance with this tape this game so thumbs up I'll take him back there again

I've been to this store a handful of times since it is close to home. Staff has always been pretty quick to see if I need any help and to answer my questions. No complaints at this store, thanks for being helpful with my purchases!

The staff at this location is absolutely the best. Had an issue with my PS4. I took it in while it was still barely under warranty and they got me up and running again with little hiccups. These guys deserve a ton of credit for what they do.

One of my best GameStop experience after met Greg been a friendly and helpful, been super helpful explain all my questions and trying to see other store availability.

Greeted by a wonderful lady with straight brown hair a few days before Christmas who helped me find Wii Music, all of the staff at the front counter were very helpful and courteous, very pleasant people working here.

The people at this game stop never cease to amaze me at this store I dont feel like a customer I feel more like family always welcome and on top of that they have a massive selection if they dont have something they always have options for you
