Everyone was supper helpful but the one associate that helped me was Kayden (hopefully I am spelling his name correctly) he had really great customer service. When I came in I was needing to check the status of my alternator and battery and he was right on it. I appreciate the help when I came in. he helped me check the fuses in my car and replace the battery. Most places I have been to have acted inconvenienced by needing to help someone with these things but this was a good experience and I appreciate it.

I needed my check engine light check and Kaiden (hope I spelled it right) helped me figure out it was my thermostat. He found the part for me to buy and recommended me a few places to go to to get it repaired. The one he recommended, Dave's, knew Kaiden and was very appreciative of the referral. And Kaiden even helper explain where the thermostat was and if it was safe for me to drive home with the thermostat broken and no A/C. Perfect customer service!

Kaden is absolutely fantastic. Helped replace my battery and recharge my A/C. Best customer service I have ever received ANYWHERE. He should be running the place!

They tested my old battery for my Kia, then answered my questions when it turned out I needed a new one. The place where the battery was located in the vehicle made installing the new one kind of a hassle, but when no car care place was open to do it Eduardo figured out how to install it for me. They could've easily shrugged and sent be off, so I really appreciate the time he took to help me out. Thanks a lot!

This location is in a great uh, location. Much close by. I can knock out close to 10 errands in a single trip here and at other businesses in proximity. Of O'Reilly, their layout is better, they're cleaner, and more organized than their competition. If there's a tool you need but don't want to afford for a one time need, you can buy it, use it, and return it at full price. Essentially a loan for free. Best, their sales team is comprized of formerly professional mechanics.

Amazing place and amazing customer service, I was able to get my replacement car battery for free by using manufacturer warranty even though I was not the original owner of the car, the store manager went above and beyond to take care of my car battery situation - I would recommend everybody to utilize this stoue for their auto needs. Well managed store...smart people....in the smart city of McKinney...

Wow amazing customer service. I literally just came in not even 10 minutes ago to get my turn signal light switched on my 2013 durango. I had no idea were to go about it but after reading the reviews I decided to come here. Charlie is an amazing employee. He Told Me what lights to get and replaced them himself!! Thanks a lot! Took him less than 5 minutes to solve a problem that could've given me a ticket n cost me more. I really appreciate the help charlie!!!

Mid evening on Saturday, Aug. 20, 2016 I drove the car my wife uses and experienced strong hesitation in the engine's running. It was just barely too late Saturday for dealer, auto service center, or oil change store to look at the car. So I called O'Reilly McKinney- Eldorado and inquired whether my 1998 vehicle had diagnostics ,even though I could not find a connection in the car and couldn't find any info on the diagnostics plug in the maintenance manual! Charlie answered the phone inviting me to come to the store and he'd help find the diagnostics plug and checkout the car. I decided to trust Charlie's confidence and drove the jerking-running car to O'Reilly with fingers crossed!
On arriving Charlie was able to find the diagnostics connection and determine that plug number 5 had misfired. He printed out a diagram showing the plug numbering and offered to advise and provide tools and a flash light for me to replace the spark plug also advising me on lubricants for the plug.
After I removed the plug using the tools provided by Charlie and then attempted to install the new plug unsuccessfully I discovered a lot of debris in the spark plug channel.... looked like a bird nest, so Charlie got a vacuum and created a custom-rolled paper extension, about a foot long, and directed me in vacuuming out the junk from the spark plug channel. He then instructed me on using the loaner plug socket extension and magnetic socket for installing the spark plug, and advised/confirmed the torque and coached me on putting the plug cap on "until it clicks".
On starting the car after this work the engine ran smoothly. I am planning to replace the other spark plugs soon before they begin to misfire.
The O'Reilly store is not the closest auto store to where I live but I have had great experiences in getting parts and advice from that store before so I decided to get my limping car to that location. My decision was justified by Charlies' wonderful professional knowledge, patience, and instructions that lead to successfully resolving my auto's engine problem.
My wife was very "impressed" with my being able to fix the car but I had to admit that without Charlie's assistance I would not have been successful.
I think that such service rates 5 stars out of 5 stars. Very, very exceptional service, support, and friendliness. I'm lucky I was at the store at a time when Charlie was able to help me to the extent he did. This is the type of service that creates strong customer loyalty and sincere positive recommendations.

I was driving north on 75 on a weekend getaway and when I got to McKinney my truck started losing all power. My battery light came on and I immediately told my wife to locate the closest Oreillys on her phone gps. She found this oreillys store and I immediately exited to the service road to do a uturn to get to this store. After I started heading south on the 75 service road, my 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500HD stalled after losing all power. I was able to stay clear of traffic and called oreillys and asked if they could send someone with a battery. Within 15 minutes, one of their awesome employees showed up with tools and a new battery. I got my truck started and continued to this store because my alternator wasn't charging. All the employees in the store knew I was coming and let me use any tool I needed to replace my alternator. These individuals went well out of their way to help me out and I am very grateful for them! If I ever get AAA, I'm not calling them; I'm calling oreillys!
