Hey everyone! This is my second time coming here and once again it’s so awesome and amazing. A beautiful place, great customer service from the front of the house to the back of the house. Everyone here is very professional and service oriented. The place is always really clean and put together. They are very knowledgeable and efficient on what they have and what they do. Cool decor, plenty of seating and a covered outdoor area if you would like to eat outside. The prices are very reasonable and the proportions are easily enough that you could share and not leave hungry. The food is fresh and on the higher end of plating, with beautiful presentation and the quality and details are top tier for sure. I honestly can’t think of anything that would be a negative for this place. Please give it a try if you haven’t already, it’s absolutely worth your time, and saying that we drive about 30 miles from Mesquite to throughly enjoy this place. I had a fantastic lunch experience at Fairview Farmers, and it's all thanks to a winning combination of phenomenal food and top-notch service. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and the staff was friendly and attentive.

But the real star of the show was our server, Eric. He was knowledgeable about the menu, offering helpful recommendations and answering our questions with a smile. He was incredibly attentive, ensuring our drinks were always full and our table cleared promptly without ever being intrusive. His genuine warmth and professionalism made the entire experience even more enjoyable.

Now, onto the food! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. Smoked salmon LOX egg Benedict. The ingredients were fresh and high-quality, and the portions were generous. The chef clearly takes pride in their craft, and it shows in every bite.

Overall, Fairview Farmers was a resounding success. The combination of Eric's outstanding service, the delectable food, and the charming atmosphere created a truly memorable dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delightful brunch with family and friends.

This place is adorable! A wonderful menu selection & great service.

There were four of us & we sat in a booth, the table was spacious. This was great because everyone we ordered was a generous portion.

Two of my friends had sandwiches with fries, another friend had an omelet, & I had a quiche with fruit & a muffin. We all had lattes, some iced & hot, which were all delicious. I really appreciated that they had sugar free options for their lattes as well. The decor & plating of food was beautiful.

Service was great & attentive, quick to be seated & to get our food, friendly staff.

Fairview Farmers sets the bar high with exceptional service from waitstaff to table busers. The breakfast experience is unparalleled, consistently delivering top-notch food and amazing coffee. If you're after premium quality and a beautiful aesthetic, this is the place to be. With both indoor and outdoor seating options, it's perfectly positioned, never overcrowded, and incredibly comfortable. Even with four kids in tow, my entire family loves this spot. Fairview Farmers can't be beaten.

This place was SO GOOD! Very cute brunch spot with amazing food and a good selection! They also had a little bar area, but I didn’t try any drinks this time! It was somebody’s birthday when I was there, so I also got to see their fancy birthday French toast, which looked amazing and so fun too! My server overall nice, but did seem to be rushing me and my daughter out, such as clearing our table of condiments as we ate, but besides that everything else was wonderful! Not brought trouble to keep me from returning, just a little annoying.

we ate here for a valentine’s day brunch and even though they were busy, they had bussers and servers ensuring a not-long wait! our server was awesome and gave us enough time to look over the menu. we ordered the short rib burrito and cinnamon roll pancakes (w/spread and icing on the side). our server also offered us their homemade salsa and maple syrup. the burrito and pancakes were great!! amazing spot to get brunch in the area, and close to the Heard Museum!

This is my go to place for brunch and special dates. I love cooking so I don’t go out often since I cook because I love good food, quality and care in handling what I eat and don’t trust others with that. However, when I go here I feel that they take care of all of that for me and my family/friends. The quality is great, service is awesome and the food taste is so yummy and fresh, I really recommend this place to everyone I know!!!

Loved it! There's always a wait on the weekends, but it's worth it. Food is tasty and appealing to the eye. There are so many delicious options to choose from. Cafe lattes are beautiful and delicious. Eating here is an experience you will enjoy. The bathroom was so nice and clean. If the bathroom is this great, you can bet everything else is just as great. It's a bit pricy, but portions and the flavor make up for it. Highly recommend. Just one minor downfall. The parking. Note - weekend parking is rough. Be prepared to go in circles before finding a spot. Come check it out and have your own experience.

I took my employees to Fairview Farmers this morning for brunch. The quality of both food and service was exceptional.

The menu selection was impressive, offering a wide array of choices that ensured that everyone found something they enjoyed. The portion sizes were another highlight. They were perfectly balanced, ensuring that no one left hungry. One standout was the hot chocolate, which was over the top, but in a good way.

It's worth noting that the seating arrangement felt a bit cramped for a larger group like ours. While this didn't really detract from our overall experience, it's something to keep in mind for those planning to visit with a big party.

On the price front, Fairview Farmers does lean towards the higher end. But considering the quality and variety of food offered, the price feels justified. It's an investment in a quality dining experience.

Excellent food, great service and ambience. The Albanian beer was not impressive. The portion sizes are HUGE! so make sure you're hungry or it's better to share a plate. Every time we ordered had large quantities. Didn't make a reservation and wait time was about 30mins at 12pm on a Saturday.

My friends brought me here this Saturday morning. It was a bit far out for me, and it was worth it! We waited less than 30 minutes even though there was a line. The food presentation was beautiful to look at, and the food was wonderful. Arbor?, was our waitor, and he was funny and cheerful. You gotta try this place. Expect a crowd and wait time.

Consistent high quality food and service each and every time. It's apparent that the owners and management have experience and know what they're doing and pay attention to all the small details. They even clean the details of the facility that other restaurants don't.

My family and I always enjoy this place and it's one of the best breakfast place in the Allen area and beyond.

The servers are always attentive and present themselves well and create and enjoyable relaxing environment. The prices are reasonable for the area and the decor is updated and nice since the restaurant itself is still fairly new.

We hope they continue to keep this restaurant at the same quality level. Thank you.

my bestfriend and i decided to come out here for brunch and had no regrets! the menu is full of options for any dietary restrictions and the food is served beautifully! we sat at the bar and had a coffee and our food and our waitress bailey was absolutely amazing, she is the sweetest and was always checking in! would highly recommend

Heard about the restaurant from out of town and had to try it! There was a long line when we arrived, but had a fairly short wait time to be seated. The waiter was very helpful with choosing between a couple dishes from their nice-sized menu. The food came quick and was very delicious! The serving size left enough for a to-go box. I had a difficult time choosing between sweet and savory, so I feel like I need to come back again before we go back home!

Wait time is a bit long on most days usually 20min - 1hour but sometimes they sit you earlier than your wait time. Even though parking is a nightmare, the wait is long, and the food is kind of pricy it tastes soooo good and worth every penny. It always comes out fresh and very decorative for insta pics! Staff is super friendly and helpful with answering any questions! 10/10 would recommend eating here :)
P.S for two people total usually comes out to be about $40 (depending on what you get)

Food was such a delight. One of the best breakfast place in dfw. I would go there again. All of my family loved the food. The parking gets difficult on the weekends but it’s all worth it.

This place is a must!! Went here for the first time this morning and it was fabulous from beginning to end. The server was extremely patient with us as we were overwhelmed with the delicious menu. We got the cinnamon French toast, California Omelette, coffee, Americano, blueberry muffin, and water!! They even had heavy cream for my coffee!! We will definitely be making this our top breakfast place! Thank you Fairview Farmers for excellent food, clean atmosphere and friendly service!!

Beautiful restaurant and gorgeous rustic farmhouse decor theme. High quality food with excellent hospitality and services. Food is high quality and very detailed with various and vast ingredients. Portions are very generous. Coffee, toast, and jam are exquisite. Had the fresh squeezed orange juice. Was an out of this world experience. Highly recommended.

No surprise there is always a wait - this place is amazing! There are so many delicious options on the menu and the presentation is very appealing. The portions are huge, so it's definitely shareable. It may get a bit crowded as the check in, check out, and the waiting area are all of the same.

I have been here twice now. First time I got the farmers Benedict, second time I got the farmers bowl. Both were very very good. Also, the pancakes are amazing 🤩. I cannot recommend this food enough. Be warned though, the wait to get in can be long and they don’t take reservations.
