Arby's

I LOVE Arby's! So many people miss out on the good food here. I feel as though people just bandwagon and say they don't like Arby's because everyone else says that. Their food is always fresh and good when I come here for dinner. Their sliders are absolutely amazing. Tonight we tried the new Fried Strawberry pies and man aren't they good! 10/10!!!

Food was good service was good, but the ladies bathroom was a mess.

I ordered the mac and cheese bites and the Rebuen both were very good.

Ok I must say this first I don't ever eat here and tonight I chose to eat here, and I'm goin to tell you honestly if you haven't ever been to Arby's definitely go try something off the menu. You gone be like let me hit Arby's. I stay going to McDonald's almost everyday, whelp that just changed. They let me order a milkshake rite near closing times. Thank you Arby's and the staff that was there tonight on July 7th 2023

Literally the only fast food restaurant worth visiting in Shelby now. Perfection every time; always hot, always fresh. Also grateful for the manager allowing me to use the $1 kids meal promo even though it had ended the day before. Keep up the good work, believe it or not, you guys are appreciated. Definitely outshining every establishment in the city when it comes to quality and service! P.S. I miss the potato cakes 😊

This is one of my favorite Arby's stops between work & home. You're very friendly and is they do miss upon order they will correct it immediately without any attitude. I have found this not to be true at other locations. Don't miss stopping here I'm trying there crinkle fries!

They have THREE employees in the building to do drive thru, dine in and carry out orders… My food is fresh and made with a smile by the employees all while busting their butts to prepare mine and others orders! Please remember this when you go to order and cut them a Break if the make a mistake they are juggling so much and truly doing the best they can! Good service and good food escially being short staffed while holding a smile and not being mad or rude!!!

Very nice crew. Found out that the one in Concord is ripping customers off by giving 2 oz of meat on a rubber. It's supp to give 3.9 oz.

What a wonderful experience! Misty Ledford took our order, made us laugh, and even sang Happy Birthday to husband! The food was great, the service was delightful, it could not have been any better! And, I cannot wait to go back again!

the lines were long and took forever even before covid but I have to say that maybe practice makes perfect or at least better. the lines of course are still long at meal times but the help seems to be faster at getting us through. The food is good and they don't mind a special order

I went through the drive thru and they were great 👍🏼. Very friendly 😜 and great at customer service. This makes me want to come back.

We tried several different sliders and they were all good, but we all agreed the roast beef is still the best! We love the horsey sauce too. The fries and the potato cakes were hot and fresh. We also enjoyed the milkshakes. The service was fast and friendly.

This restaurant in Shelby is great. They serve a sandwich called a half pounder. I usually get that, cover it with Horsey Sauce the horseradish based sauce and then dive into it like it's a meal fit for a king. Sometimes I can't even finish that sucker. People are friendly , Service is quick as you could expect anywhere. Great atmosphere good people good food make it a great place to eat.

This is for the staff......you made our day. We stopped in with the kids on the way to the lake. The manager was so kind and the staff were joyous. We were the only ones there and they were just a delight.

I Love Arby's Beef and Cheddar! My Family and I eat here at least 4-6 times a month! Great food, Great Service and Great way for the 5 of us to Grab a quick meal and catch up on each others day when we've had busy weeks!

I don't get out there a lot, but when I do, I love to eat a good roast beef sandwich ..

Arby's store #5110 Shelby North Carolina, was on top today. Didn't have too wait on my food order was 100% correct. Fast, Courteous, and professional keep it up.
