New people they’ve been hiring have definitely changed the place. Atmosphere seems a lot better, food comes out quick and fresh, with excellent customer service. This is one of my favorite spots to come to when ordering food during the late nights. Everyone in there late at night definitely deserve a raise!

Always my go to for burgers! Very friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Burgers are good along with pretty much everything else on the menu. Dining area is clean and normally kept updated as far as decor goes. Value menu is very good for your wallet! Kids love the food here as well! Restrooms are always kept clean and stocked! Thank you for another good experience at Wendys!

Got the orange frosty, it was good, mild but good.

April 2nd 2024 visit: found floor sticky, some flies visiting us, tables dirty. Needs TLC this time. Food was great. Not happy they did not have Vanilla frosty, only chocolate and orange-banana (tastes like St. Joseph children medicine).

Not crowded inside and staff was friendly, order was quick and correct

I took my grandsons there today after an urgent care visit. As we sat eating, I noticed on the overhead signage, buy 1 medium frosty get one free. I said wow, that's great as we had ordered one and the cashier said just to come on back up when you're done eating and we'll get it for you. When I went up to the counter afterward, a different cashier said no, you cant have the free one because you didnt "ask" for it when you ordered. I said I wasn't "asked" if I wanted a free one, so I didnt realize a free one was available. She just stared at me blankly, not using any "customer service" protocols at all. So I mentioned in my days of working fast food I was taught to offer the customer the specials and if I forgot and a customer came back to ask, I was to honor their request. Again, blank stare.
I should've spoken to a manager but did not want to be "a Karen".

Moral of the story ALWAYS ASK THEM TO RECITE THE SPECIALS.

Love it .. please go before 12 am everything it’s sold. Out like hot potatoes love the fact that the young African American lady was very friendly , very professional she informed me of what they did and didn’t have .. very good customer service.. I love to shop during her shift she has a nice voice as well .. she understands how to take care of her customers she needs a raised I couldn’t see her name tag but she knows who she is!! Congratulations girl

Their the only Wendy's that take their time on the Baconator Fries, cheese always hot and melted, fries always fresh and hot and always a great amount of beacon on them... And the Man manager has excellent customer service. I had a chicken Caesar salad that I took back months ago and requested my money back because they forgot they put the grilled instead of the fried chicken. He asked me was there any other way the problem can be fixed and would I allow him to make it ( Himself) I agreed and he made it right and beautifully ! Great Customer Service goes a far way! I still love Wendy's especially this one! ❤

Wasnt sitting inside to eat. Just grab an bite at the drive thru after getting off work.
But usually dont have an long wait and I have everything I need in the bag, when I get my food.Thats an plus totally.
Their peppermint frosty is totally out of this world delicious! Everytime I stop I get one, lol. Each time I have an spoon inside my bag. That's more than I can say for other drive thrus. Their always hopping busily but they do make sure you have your complete order before you receive it. Always an smile an thank you an come again. Food is hot even the fries!!
I choose to eat here more than other places. If I have to wait sometimes an little longer than normal it's no problem. I know I'm going to get my complete order w all utensils, napkins and my food will be HOT!

Let me start of by saying how much of a relief it was to get such excellent customer service from last nights manager and the employees. We went around midnight last night after a really awful experience at the Cook Out down the street, we decided to try Wendy's and I'm SO glad we did! The service was fast and they were so nice to us, the food was hot and fresh as well. I'm pregnant and certain fried foods make me queasy so I was SO happy to receive such a good grilled chicken sandwich. I will definitely be coming back :) thank you so much! 10 out of 10

Not in a good area. Kind of scary.

Employees are always nice and I get breakfast every morning from the sweetest and most concerned ladies ever there. They do a great job in my eyes and I see them daily like I said.. there hardworking employees in the a.m. always goes over and beyond to help and achieve the customer satisfaction... love it here!!! Foods at perfect temperature like it just came out the oven everytime.. there always under stagfed in the mornings and still make it happen 24.7!!!!
