I didn’t know how much I appreciated this Taco Bell location until the one near the Cleveland mall opened. 1000% would rather get my food here. Thank you for the good service and food.

Late night shift definitely could use some work. Dined in, and all the staff went on a smoke break at one time while me and 3 others waited on our food. Love coming here in the morning or afternoon, though!

Very good service. Fast. Food was hot and fresh. The strawberry lemonade slushie was delicious. I rather had that than the Tacos. Will be back for another one later lol

The trays for pick up orders were dirty. But other than that love this place! Team members are typically really nice and quick. Food is always fresh and usually they get the order correct the first time. The cons... The workers will drop the F bomb really loudly while on front counter even when kids are in the dining area.

Changed from two stars to five stars, because lately, it's been as good as you could possibly expect.

The drive through lady is AmAzInG! She is always so bubbly and makes my day!

STAFF was excellent. They have a new order taker and I love her. lol (new to me, haven't been in a while) She calls everyone baby and she makes you feel appreciated as a customer. She's warm and welcoming and she makes you feel like you're at home. Austin at the window was great as well. BIG CHANGE to what I'm used to when I go there. Food was hot & fresh. That's a big plus as well. 5 stars today, well earned.

Me and my friend were stranded so we went to taco bell and we had some shoes but no money so I asked if we could get some food for the shoes, they looked at the shoes and it was too small but they gave us food anyway. Good people exist.

Robbie, I met in the drive thru, and the reason taco.bell is running efficiently. That.woman exudes confidence, charm, and no how. Her drive-thru skills were the best I have seen in a while.

Since getting a new manager this place has really stepped up their game. Food was amazing! Hot&fresh. Lady at window was super nice; that was so refreshing! In the past, they have been really rude and ugly to deal with.

I would’ve left a one star review due to the fact my order was messed up last night but because of Dana, the manager, she was very helpful and replaced my whole order … she is the manager at the one in Belmont and been helping out in Shelby and she is amazing! Belmont is good everytime I go and I see why! She has Belmont all the way together! I really appreciate her and if you all have the chance stop by and see her she is very nice and I really appreciate her help!

Taco Bell was clean, staff was SUPER FRIENDLY, and helped me order on the kiosk, because I didn't know how!!!! Wonderful experience, definitely will go back OFTEN!!!

Went there tonight 11-13 and it was about 8pm and I order two party packs and 4 double steak burritos….everything was hot and perfect…. I felt so bad for ordering so much so late but they did awesome….:)

Ate here last night (or this morning depending on how you see it) 2/17/22 around 1 something a.m got a steak quesadilla combo no sauce and a blue ice drink and it was a great experience and a great meal. I might get up and take my behind there now to see if the day shift stacks up. Had I been thinking I would've taken pictures. What's crazy is I tipped (cause that's what I do when I'm out if I can) realized I have them my tobacco money but the food was so good I was glad I did. Keep up the great job. That night crew is A 1 and it came out fast in my opinion. Thank y'all.

Customer service by the ladies is excellent! And the food was fresh and delicious.

If you hear people whining, "Nobody wants to work anymore," they are NOT talking about this drive-thru crew. I was the 9th car, and it barely made a difference as far as the wait time (under 10 minutes). My order was perfect, and the cashier was genuinely courteous both on the squawkbox and at the window.

First time visiting the new taco bell here in Shelby. Me an my cousin went on lunch break to grab a quick bite. Service was great, very friendly and they had our order ready pretty quickly. The restaurant was very clean and it has a nice appearance inside.
