Pancake House

Country dinner decor, lots of seating available, lots of parking. Handicap accessible. The food was great, with large portions. The staff was exceptional. Jen took awesome care of us, and the lady at the register answered our endless questions and patiently read the Thanksgiving catering menu to an elderly customer. It was apparent that many of the customers were regulars and that the staff knew their orders and enjoyed taking care of them.

I wasn't sure what to expect. I was skeptical at first because seating was a little chaotic with multiple people arriving and multiple others paying at the same time and only one hostess who also doubles as the cashier. It took about 8-10 minutes to get service once seated. We ordered the Corn beef and Cheddar omelette with a plain pancake and house fries and a Hot & Wild Omelette with house fries and caramel apple pancakes. The omelettes were really big and good. The pancakes were really big and good. There was so much topping on the caramel apple one. Everything was hot and fresh, including the pot of coffee they leave on the table.

The omelettes were on point! I had the veggie, he had the chicken queso. I recommend both. The eggs were cooked perfectly. You can get a pancake on the side which is great. I preferred the omelette to the pancake. We got the Hawaiian...it had too much pineapple for my liking. The warm syrup was a nice touch. The service was quick and friendly. Also highly recommend the home fries. Fantastic breakfast for under $20. Enjoy!

Always seem busy but they get you seated quick and your food arrives quick. Wait staff are excellent and patient and very friendly. We do not come much but appreciate this place and all their hard work! Recommend!

I took my husband out for an early Father's Day breakfast and was pleasantly surprised by how great my meal was. Typically scrambled eggs are never made properly as cooks just pour beaten eggs across a flat top grill then chop them with edge of metal spatula resulting in tough eggs BUT at Pancake House my scrambled eggs came out hot and fluffy. YAY! My blueberry pancake was tender and delicious. And my bacon was perfection. I love having a carafe of coffee at our table also. Brilliant idea. Our server was a PRO. We will definitely be coming back.

Really good pancakes and excellent biscuit sandwiches.

It's not much to look at on the outside, nor the inside for that matter but the food is good, coffee is hot, and the staff are friendly.

I would definitely eat breakfast here again.

The menu selection leaves no appetite unsatisfied...the wait staff is on point...the coffee (and creamer!!) is delicious. Two thumbs up for this Mom&Pop establishment for being one of the few who still understand what the people want.

The service is great everytime we go, we get our food promptly and it’s always fresh. The food itself is very delicious and the prices are unbeatable! This place is eons better than Waffle House, definitely a 10/10.

I regret waiting three years before eating here. The food was amazing. And didn't take too long to get to the table. Ashley was great. I shall be back soon!

You can judge the quality of food and service here by looking at the parking lot that is nearly always full. The service is super fast, the servers (Anna) very friendly, courteous and helpful. The food is fairly priced and tastes amazing. The portion sizes are good and the coffee is highly recommended.

I would've taken a pic but was too hungry to even pause for it! When I tell U that EVERYthing on my plate was outstandin, plz believe me! The grits were perfect, not too many ppl can get my scrambled eggs right & the bacon was absolute heaven on earth!! My hot chocolate was so pipin hot that I had to take it home to cool down b4 enjoying it 🤣 but overall, the food was spectacular, the atmosphere was beautifully enjoyable & the service was def so ON POINT that my party of 3 left our waitress a nice tip! I love to get great service, but we saw the passion for her job in her attentiveness & how she carried through. There's talk of returnin w/the whole crew soon 🤭💞 OH YEAH .. the pancake was almost as big as my head 🤣 I could only eat a quarter of it, bcuz I had to save room for everything else!

We stop here on our way to Carowinds and have breakfast. Service is always great food great and prices awesome. Can feed. Family of 4 for 40 dollars and a nice tip is included in that 40. You leave full and ready to start your day.
