Lemma Coffee Co

This coffee shop is a total vibe. It's an airy and cozy little spot with laid-back staff, incredible brew and delicious snacks and pastries. I am not typically the person who can just sit in a coffee shop and 'chill' (thanks ADHD), but we spent over an hour in the shop just relaxing and enjoying the ambiance. This would be a great place to grab coffee with friends or even for a first date.

I had gotten the Maple & Cinnamon latte, which was perfectly balanced. It was actually my first time ever getting latte art, so it was such a sweet surprise to see when they brought my cup over to my table. My husband got a coffee with charcoal and orange peel, and wow - I had never thought to add orange to coffee before, but it was absolutely fantastic and has me craving to go back for more.
Our avocado toast and nutella & fruit toast were just as amazing as our drinks. The strawberries on the toast were so fresh and sweet, and the drizzle of honey was a perfect touch.

What had initially drawn me to the spot was their gothy skull mug logo (it's not a phase). I ended up loving the vibe and coffee so much at Lemma, I actually bought a shirt donning the logo. They have a few different items you can purchase should you become a new fan as well ;)

Lemma Coffee is a cute café in downtown Plano with brick walls. The staff is really friendly too. This place offers a delightful experience for coffee enthusiasts. Their cold brew is a standout, perfectly balancing bold flavor and smoothness. With a selection of breakfast options, it’s an ideal spot for a morning pick-me-up. And don’t leave without trying their delicious chocolate chip cookie (ask the staff to warm it up)!

Great place to chill and study since the music's not so loud and the drinks are good priced and really good! I got the chai tea latte and it was so delicate and had that spiced chai flavor and the top was creamy and foamy. Out of all coffee shops I've been to, this one is a gem!

this was my first time at lemma and i loved it. i was recommended and ordered their signature lemma latte and it was the right amount of sweet for me. i loved the atmosphere of the place, i think it’s perfect for working from home and/or studying. i also think it’s an amazing place to meet up with friends to chat. the staff were extremely nice and knowledgeable about the drinks on the menu. the parking was scarce, it’s mostly street parking. i was lucky enough to be able to grab a spot right in front of lemma. i would definitely come back again!

I’m a fan! I ordered my usual — a vanilla oatmilk matcha latte and avocado toast. It was my first time at Lemma and they did not disappoint. The barista was gracious enough to triple check the matcha powder when I asked if it was dairy free. Much appreciated!

There’s a step up in the front at the Plano location, so it isn’t very wheelchair or stroller friendly, but if you’re in the area and have time for a quick bite, the avocado toast is what dreams are made of. Seasoned perfectly and so, so good.

I love Lemma! The staff is so friendly. The coffee shop is in a historic building in Downtown Plano and is very cute. It's a great place to hang out, get work done or even have small meetings.

Love this coffee shop. I come here every weekend. Ever so often they'll add in seasonal specials and I haven't had one that I didn't love.

Taking over the old XO location & competing with 1418 for local traffic, Lemma had a lot to live up to…they surpassed. I typically stay with drip to determine a shop’s real quality, but they had a Citrus Goth latte that intrigued me…espresso, orange citrus, charcoal smoke…?
Whatever it is…it’s good. Really good.
They are knowledgeable and capable and even their Merch is high quality.
This area of Plano is the equivalent of a Hallmark Christmas movie (formulaic, fake-quaint, but somehow it still works) …and their city park right next door could be the set of a Hallmark Christmas movie.

Great Local set of coffee shops! This is their 3rd location in DFW (1-Carrollton and 2_Frisco). Featuring handmade syrups, locally roasted coffee, and it's a small local business! They have great coffee, good snacks, and packaged coffee and gifts for you to take home! Highly recommend!

Lemma! Curiously snooping at the reviews as I'm a regular. Shocked about the review for 2/4 since I was there around the same time and had to sit closer to the bar than my usual spot by the window because of coffee-rush-hour. Yes, they were extremely busy, so I understand a longer wait time and it is awesome to see baristas busting their butts to get drinks out to a full house while still being FRIENDLY with their customers since I love having random conversations with baristas. It is honestly offensive to see that the only woman barista was being accused of flirting when they were not the only person engaged with the customer. If you want fast-food, un-artisanal, and generic flavors, there is a Starbucks nearby! I come here for thoughtful lattes and a sunlit study spot. Keep up the great service + coffee! Sincerely, a snooping regular.

Dropped in our new neighborhood coffee shop to give it a try for a Sunday afternoon drink and sandwich and it was great! Delicious cappuccino for me and americano for my wife. We ordered two different sandwiches and they were both very good. Friendly staff, great atmosphere - great experience. We will be back.

Had Holiday special peppermint Mocha. It was good one. Nice ambiance and calm place.

I visited for the first time last week and I have been there 3 times already. I wish it was open later than 4. It is the best coffee, better than starbucks and I was starbucks customer before I knew Lemma. Grate place to study as well.

We LOVE Lemma. They have incredible coffee and delicious bites. Our kiddo loves the bagels with avocado spread, and I’m so excited for their new location in Plano! It’s beautiful and closer to our home. We are definitely regulars!

First time at this cute little coffee place. I got the lemma latte with half condensed milk. Presentation is so cute and the coffee tastes wonderful! Definitely coming back here!

This is one of my favorite spots to grab coffee and work on some projects on my laptop. They serve great coffee and they also offer a variety of sandwiches and baked goods.

I found this gem in downtown Plano while my wife was having a surgical procedure performed up the road. My Americano and ham & egg sandwich were delicious. Looking forward to coming back!
