AT&T Store

I recently visited the AT&T store for some assistance with my phone and I was blown away by the exceptional service I received. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to understand my needs and offering tailored solutions.

The associate that waited on us was awesome! Gave us several options and broke things down in leimans terms! We were so pleased with things we bought the guys lunch! Awesome customer service.. exceeded all expectations and then some! Great team of representatives at this location for sure!

My visit to the North Olmsted AT&T store was one I won't soon forget. Upon entering the establishment I was greeted by a cheery fella by the name of Antonio. I explained to him how I was looking to set up a new plan, separate from the shared plan me and my wife have so I could contact other men without the worry of her discovering my secret. He was very understanding of my plight and set me up with an iPhone SE at a great price. Thank you Antonio, and thank you AT&T North Olmsted!

Ken was great. I needed a new phone and he made a recommendation, helped me pick accessories, explained a promotion, started the transfer process, realized it hadn't completed properly and redid it, and gave me instructions for checking the transfer and turning in my old phone. It was the easiest phone purchase I've had.

This is the best att store in the northeast Ohio area. I broke my flip phone and took it 1 att store. They could not retrieve any info from my broken phone to put into the replacement phone. I took it a second time hoping they could retrieve my info because the top of the flip phone was not accessible but the bottom was. They still could not retrieve the info. I took it to the North Olmsted store and within 15 min. Josh was able to access the info and retrieve all the info from the old phone and transfer it to the new phone. Thank you Josh for saving my much cherished pictures and contacts. Can't thank you enough. They know what they are doing! Highly recommended.

Definitely the best AT&T store around. I recently went in to upgrade my phone and found out they can get me set up with Direct TV Stream. Whole process took about 15 minutes. Happy to report I’m finally done with Spectrum and their ridiculous prices.

I don't know how to pay Kadijan a compliment enough. She was just amazing and the best ever. I am an associate minister of one small church at middleburg Heights. So my comments for her would not be powerful enough. But I can't just forget what she did today for my church member who lost his vision. Kadijan made the member's Apple Watch work properly so that he may use it to communicate with his wife in emergency situation. Please do not say it was easy; she struggled with another staff at AT&T Service tech support at least more than an hour. It was not easy at all. She was patient, gentle, but friendly, and smart. I want the manager of AT&T store at North Olmsted remember her name. She is Kadijan. Even I want to explain everything in detail to CEO of AT&T so that he may remember her name. I believe she brought my church member's vision back. I will definitely recommand her to all those who need a service of AT&T. Thank you for reading.

Josh has superior customer service skills and is also technically strong when it comes to the phones and process to exchange and set up the new devices. He was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend this store and their service. My experience was fast, efficient and Josh made it a painless process. 100% recommend this location and service!

AT&T North Olmsted can be summed up in one word. AMAZING. I was seeking a new and cheaper phone plan but had no idea where to look. At the end of my long journey through many stories from Verizon to T-Mobile, I happen upon this glorious store. So Large and wide. When I entered I felt the energy of the store and my mood immediately changed from sadness to overjoyed. I was immediately greeted by a dapper and handsome man named Anthony. He was so kind and nice even shaking my hand. I told him what I was in for he seems like an extremely busy man so he turned me over to one of his employees. Another handsome man named Lance. Feeling anxious Anthony told me Lance was one of the best and to trust him. I for sure walked out of there believing that. I got a great deal on my phone line and walked out with a new great phone. I’ve been trying to make up excuse to go back there. I will for sure be taking my business back there what a great experience.

I was having billing trouble with another carrier (the big V) and needed to switch over, but was unsure if the coverage would be what I needed.

Lance K. set me up with a new line that was affordable, and a phone that was low cost, so that I could test the coverage out for myself. Next month, I was able to bring my other phone over and I have no complaints about the coverage, but I lot of praise for the creative solutions these guys brought to the table.

Their employee Kayla, was hands down amazing. She helped me through my whole process of switching plans and looking at phones. I could tell she had my best interests at heart. She took her time out to help me understand the benefits and types of plans there were. She was very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend everyone to have an encounter with her. Thank you so much Kayla! Oh and her nails were amazing!!

Being greeted when I walked in the door was a welcome change of events. Most shops don't even do that but this one sure produces a positive staff. Mr. Lance helped me find the case I was looking for, and he even got me to purchase a new phone! A well needed upgrade. Thanks at&t

I had the most pleasant experience transferring my service to AT&T with Matthew S at the North Olmsted store. He was efficient, courteous, and fun to talk to as he got me in and out with all I needed to know efficiently. A 5 star experience!!!

Great experience at the North Olmsted ATT store. We were greeted right away as we entered the store. Kevin took the time to make sure we had the right plan for our family. We were changing over 3 phone lines from Verizon and our service has been great.

Amazing customer service, Jimmy was awesome. I had a long day at work, my phone stopped working, he was excellent on helping me and he guaranteed me I would be home before the Browns/Steelers game, and he delivered. If you need anything go see him!! Thanks again!!!

My experience at the N Olmsted AT&T store was excellent. Chase was very helpful and set my entire phone up for me as I am technically challenged! My experience with my new iPhone 13 had been unpleasant until my visit with Chase and the other gentleman working that night. My new phone was defective and had to be replaced which took 2 weeks at Best Buy, where Apple told me to go… never again. I can’t say enough about the help I received and I even learned a few things! I purchased new chargers and am taking back the ones I bought from Best Buy. I left AT&T feeling less technically challenged and great full for their help and patience. Gayle Snyder
